摘要： PURPOSE:To obviate the need for supporting and perform an open excavation of ground by, when a segment of a side wall is disassembled and shield tunnels are joined, releasably incorporating a segment piece into a frame before disassembling the segment. CONSTITUTION:Parallel and adjacent tunnels are excavated by means of a shield excavator and a lining of segments 1 is formed to construct a shield tunnel having rectangular section. In this case, the shield tunnel is constructed in such a manner that the segments 1 are continuously applied to opposing surfaces of the tunnels only and ordinary segments are applied to the remainder of the surface. After the shield tunnels are constructed, the ground within a proper range is improved and water is sealed and the segments 1 of the opposing walls in a longer side direction are disassembled, wherein disassembling is performed by removing segment pieces 5 from within a frame 4 and the vertical load is born by column members 2 and beams 3. And sumultaneus with the disassembing of the segment 1, an earth retaining steel plate is provided between the shield tunnels to enable an open excavation of the ground.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a female joint bottom part difficult to open to the outside even in the case where tension or bending moment is applied from a main girder or the like to a joint by providing an opening stop part restraining a female joint to a male joint. SOLUTION: An opening stop part 11 restraining a female joint 2 to a male joint 1 is provided in the neighborhood of the outer periphery of the male joint 1 in a fitting joint. When a joint J receives tension from main girders 21, 21' on the shape of the opening stop part 11, it is not limited particularly if it has a function in which the bottom part of the female joint 2 is suppressed from being opened to the outside. When tensile force or bending moment is applied to the joint, the size of the opening stop part 11 is determined so as to resist stress applied to the direction in which the bottom part of the female joint 2 is opened to the outside. Thereby the yield load and allowable load of the joint can be remarkably improved, and very quick and high safety work can be performed in architectonic and civil engineering fields.

In this case, the joint parts 34 between the lining pieces of the respective lining 12a-12f positioned on the outer surface side of corner parts 30 and the inner surface side of center parts of the respective sides of the external wall 14 of the underground space 10 are formed in structure higher in rigidity than the joint parts 36 between the other covering pieces.

SOLUTION: H-shaped members 2a, 2b are attested to end parts of adjacent segments 1a, 1b, respectively, and the H-shaped members 2a, 2b are attached in such a manner that flanges 3, 3 come in contact with flange outer faces mutually adjacent H-shaped members. The H-shaped members 2a, 2b are provided with a hole through which four flanges pass and many bolts 4 which pass through this hole and bind the H-shaped members. For this reason, this joint structure is a simple structure and becomes a powerful joint for pulling and bending. As the H-shaped member, H-shape steel which is a standardized product may be used, or a plate and a member having T-character cross section may be used in accordance with the strength of a joint. Consequently, it is possible to improve the strength and correspond to severe conditions by providing the joint of the segment and a structure which uses the H-shaped member.

After the shield tunnels are connected to each other, an end of a PC steel wire is fixed to a fixing metal 2 for PC wire of the segment 1 and an inner form is formed in the shield tunnel. And s mount part of a stretching jack is provided in the shield tunnel and concrete is placed in the form and cured and thereafter the PC wire is stretched by means of the jack provided at the mount part to fix the wire to a fixed body.

Next, after shield tunnels are constructed, a steel sheet pile is inserted into a slide groove 2c of a corner steel sheet pile mount member 2 from the side of a shaft. At that time, the steel sheet pile is slid, while a cover 3 is being broken by pushing forces of the steel sheet pipe, so that the pile is disposed between the shield tunnels, following which the ground is excavated from the side of one of the vertical shaft toward the other shaft and the soil of the ground is improved, if necessary, to seal water, thereby ensuring safety of construction. And the steel sheet piles are connected by means of steel plate hinges and both ends are inserted into the slide groove 2c of the member 2 to form a three- hinge construction. As a result, the shield tunnels are offset vertically and horizontally, so that they can be easily adjusted even during the construction.
