    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To vertically move a solidified pig iron under stable state with a residual pig iron hanging band without needing the removal and the resetting of a lift jack. SOLUTION: Before carrying out the solidified residual pig iron 19 to the outside of a furnace, the solidified residual pig iron 19 is lifted up with the lift jacks 22 disposed in a hollow part 21 dug in a selecting range without being interfered with the lift jacks the surrounding part at both sides of the solidified residual pig iron 19 to form a gap between the iron 19 and a furnace bottom refractory. Under state of directing one rectangular iron band extended to the front part of the Y-shaped residual pig iron hanging band 25 from the outside of the furnace to the furnace center and directing the other two rectangular iron bands to the diagonally rear part as V-shape to this gap, the residual pig iron hanging band 25 is moved to the inside of the furnace. The residual pig iron hanging band 25 can horizontally be inserted as the radial state from the center part of the solidified residual pig iron 19 without colliding with the lift jacks 22 in the advancing course, in which residual pig iron hanging band 25 is moved in the furnace, and the stable vertical moving work of the solidified residual pig iron 19 with the support of three points of the residual pig iron hanging band 25 can be achieved.

    • PURPOSE:To make center flow of gas flow in a blast furnace and to stabilize furnace condition by arranging mechanism forming coke layer almost continued at furnace core part at the time of laminating coke layer and ore layer by alternately charging the coke and the ore in the blast furnace. CONSTITUTION:A large bell 3 is opened as showing with two-dot chain line and the coke 16 on the large bell 3 is dropped into the furnace to form the coke layer. Then, a part of the cokes 16 is received through a coke receiving hole 7 in a cylindrical vessel 5 arranged in the furnace and stored in the cylindrical vessel 5. After charging all cokes 16 on the large bell 3 into the furnace, a rotary driving device 14 is driven and the cylindrical vessel 5 is rotated at 180 deg. angle through a sealing box 6 and a coke discharging hole 18 at the tip part thereof is turned downward and a small mountain 16a of the coke 16 is formed on the coke layer at the furnace core part with the coke 16 in the cylindrical vessel 5. Successively, the ore is charged under condition of keeping the discharging hole 18 downward, and the ore layer is laminated so as to remain the small mountain 16a. By repeating this operation, the coke layers containing columnar state are formed at the furnace core part, and the gas flow can be made to the center flow.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain an always adequate and uniform charging distribution of raw materials by determining the actual value of the raw material distribution in a blast furnace from the rate of discharging the raw materials from the inside of stationary hoppers and the swiveling angle of a swiveling chute and controlling the subsequent raw material charging in accordance with the determined value. CONSTITUTION:The rate of discharging the raw materials from the inside of the stationary hoppers 2, 3 is detected by a weight meter 16 and the swiveling angle of the swiveling chute 9 is detected by a position detector 18 in a raw material charger for the blast furnace for charging the raw materials discharged from the hoppers 2, 3 via gates 4, 5 and sealing valves 6, 7 into the blast furnace via a stationary chute 8 and the swiveling chute 9. The actual value of the raw material distribution in the peripheral direction in the blast furnace on a small bell 10 is determined by an arithmetic unit 15 for monitoring the actual charge distribution from the information obtd. by the above-mentioned detection value and the information on the raw materials, etc. from a furnace top charge sequence controller 19. Gates 4, 5, sealing valves 6, 7, etc. are then controlled by a gate control device 22 so as to correct the deviation thereof in accordance with the above-mentioned actual value in the next stage of an arithmetic unit 21 for the charge distribution.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain the dusting with desiliconizing treatment and to realize the high desiliconizing efficiency by adjusting the injecting quantity of desiliconizing agent, particularly, a solid/air ratio according to the pressure of atmosphere surrounding a tilting trough. SOLUTION: On the way of charging molten iron 1 into a torpedo car 3 from the tilting trough 2 after once receiving the molten iron 1 from a blast furnace into the tilting trough 2, the desiliconizing agent 5 is injected into the molten iron 1 from a desiliconizing lance 4 directed to the molten iron 1 in the tilting trough 2 to execute the desiliconizing treatment. Thereat, the pressure of the atmosphere 6 surrounding the tilting trough 2 is measured with a pressure gage 7 and the injecting quantity of the desiliconizing agent and the solid/gas ratio are set according to this measured result.     • PURPOSE:To execute the operation of the blast furnace more efficiently than heretofore by recognizing a slip and blow by a change in the descending amt. of the charge level in the furnace and the temp. of a furnace top gas and taking an adequate action. CONSTITUTION:The furnace body of the blast furnace is circumferentially segmented to plural pieces and the level difference ( l) at the time of embedment between at least the two consecutive batch charges is detected for each of the blocks. Decision is made that the slip arises when the level difference ( l) exceeds the prescribed value (about >=0.3m) which is previously determined. The size of the slip is evaluated by the size of the level difference ( l). The blow by is decided if the temp. of the furnace top gas rises sharply or the N2 concn. in the furnace top gas changes drastically, even if the level difference ( l) is below the prescribed value. The slip and blow by in the blast furnace are detected in this way and the efficient operation is executed by the adequate action.
