摘要： A bed of solid particles on an air distributor of a fluidized-bed furnace is fluidized by upward currents of air fed through the distributor. A fuel to be burnt in the fluidized bed is premixed with carrying air, and the fuel-air mixture is fed into the bed from a burner extending upwardly through the distributor. For utmost combustion efficiency the ratio by mass of the feed rate of the fuel-carrying air to the sum of the feed rates of the fuel-carrying air and the bed-fluidizing air is adjusted by flow control valves so as to be in the range of from about 0.2 to 0.6. The head of the burner is of such construction that the fuel-air mixture is ejected therefrom in the form of swirling jets. The burner head is usually located about 50 millimeters above the distributor.

摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a stable supplying without any thermal loss in an air feeding of hot combustible powders by a method wherein a pressurized hopper which is pressurize to have a pressure higher than that of a feeding pipe with inert gas such as combustion discharged gas is installed between the hopper and the air feeding pipe. CONSTITUTION:A discharged gas is supplied to a pressurized hopper 12 from a discharged gas line 14 by a blower 13, and then it is pressurized to have a pressure higher than a pressure of an air feeding pipe 10. Powder in a powder storing hopper 3 is supplied to the air feeding pipe 10 through the pressurized hopper 12. With this arrangement, it is possible to prevent any leakage of fed air, reduce a thermal loss of hot combustible powder, and ensure a stable continuous supplying of powder.

摘要： PURPOSE:To reduce the variation width of the internal pressure within a pressurized tank generated by the opening and closing of a sealing valve accompanied by charging and exhausting of a material to be delivered to each pressurized tank so as to stably supply a predetermined quantity of the pulverized body to a pneumatic conveyer line, by providing an air feed pipe and a pressure escape pipe in a lowmost stage pressurized tank to adjust the pressure within the pressurized tank. CONSTITUTION:When an upper tank equalizing valve 8 is opened, the pressure within a lower pressurized tank 6 is lowered. Therefore, an operation signal in accordance with a deviation between a pressure signal caught by a pressure detecting end 14 and a set pressure and a variation speed, is applied to a pressure adjusting valve 16 from an adjusting meter 15, and the supply quantity of a pressurized gas is increased for compensating the lowering of the internal pressure. In order to increase the followability of the internal pressure variation of a basical internal pressure regulating function due to the pressure adjusting valve 16, a pressure escape pipe 14 for connecting the lower pressurized tank 6 to the conveyer line 2 through an electromagnetic valve 17 is provided. This pressure escape valve 13 is ordinarily closed, and when the internal pressure of the lower pressurized tank 6 reaches an upper limit value set at a certain width from a preset valve the electromagnetic valve 17 is opened to rapidify the lowering of the internal pressure.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent the temperature increase of outer cylinder in contact with a fluid medium, by providing a protective cylinder outside an outer cylinder such that a clearance may be formed between the protective cylinder and the outer cylinder. CONSTITUTION:An outer cylinder 13 with an opened bottom 12 is secured in place by means of support member 14 coaxially with a transferring tube 3 such that the upper end of transferring tube 3 has its outer periphery coated in a spaced fashion. A protective cylinder 15 is provided outside the outer cylinder 13, forming a clearance 16 between the cylinders 15 and 13. A specific angle is selected for an angle between the inner edge of lower end of outer cylinder 13 and the outer edge of upper end of transferring tube 3. To prevent the flowout of fuel, which might otherwise be burnt inwardly in contact with a high temperature working fluid and deposit on the inner wall of outer cylinder 13, a fuel outflow guiding ring 17 is provided which is curved relative to a level and progressively converged upwardly into a conical shape, so as to serve a double function as a fuel outflow preventer and a fuel inflow guide. A protective cylinder is provided outside the outer cylinder such that a clearance may be formed between tow cylinders. Thus, it is available to prevent the outer cylinder from raising its temperature in direct contact with a high temperature fluid medium, and thereby preventing the fuel from depositing on and blocking the bottom opening.

摘要： PURPOSE:To improve the combustion performance and enhance the efficiency of thermal utilization by promoting diffused mixing of combustion gas at a free board section with a wall body of a baffle plate provided on a baffle screen. CONSTITUTION:Finned tubes 12, 12... are so arranged that the fins follow a specified reference in the direction thereof and connected together to form a baffle- plate-shaped wall body. When a combustion gas rising from a free board below passes through clearances in the wall body, a disturbance is caused in the flow of gas and particles thereby promoting mutual mixing between the gas and the particles. The tubes and the fins composig the wall body are cooled by the fluid in the tube eliminating possible damage due to a high temperature.
