      4 formed by desulfurization, and combustion ash esp. collected by an electric dust precipitator or a cyclone has the small efficiency of reclamation and causes the formation of environmental pollution because of the increase of the pH of excess water when it is used for reclamation. Therefore, said combustion ash is kneaded with sea or fresh water of 20W70% as the mixing amount of water, granulated to particle size of 2W30mm and then matured in a CO
      2 -contg. atmosphere for 0.1W24hr. Hence, the efficiency of reclamation is enhanced, and the surfaces of incorporated CaO and Ca(OH)
      2 are reacted with CO
      2 to form a CaCO
      3 coating layer. Consequently, the amount of an alkali component exuding in sea water is reduced to eliminate the cause of environmental pollution.

    • PURPOSE:To promote mixing and distribution of fuel, by fixing a burner head capable of imparting an appropriate velocity and direction of fuel injection with an appropriate strength of swirl to the top of an upright fuel supply pipe. CONSTITUTION:In a burner head 15 of this invention, an opening 24 is formed at the center of a bottom plate 23, and a plurality of swirl vanes 25 are fixed also to the bottom plate 23 on the outside of said opening 24 to extend radially so that hollow spaces 26 are formed between the swirl vanes 25. Therefore, mixture of fuel and air introduced from the opening 24 at the center of bottom plate 23 is imparted with swirl by the swirl vanes 25 and issued to the outside from the hollow spaces 26. With such an arrangement, mixture of fuel and air supplied from a fuel supply pipe 14 is distributed into a fluidized bed 13 with an appropriate velocity and direction together with an appropriate stength of swirl imparted by the burner head 15, so that fuel is burnt in stable manner. When the load is varied, opening area of the burner head 15 is varied appropriately by sliding the burner head 15 to suit the load, so that the velocity of fuel injection can be kept constant.
