    • PURPOSE:To enable quick repair of a choked oil feed pipe and to ensure operation of fluidized-bed boiler, by a method wherein a temperature sensor for continuously detecting temperature change in a pipe is located between the fuel injection port of a fuel feed pipe and a branch part. CONSTITUTION:Fuel is continuously fed in a fluidized-bed boiler 1 during operation of the fluidized-bed boiler. A large lump of particle coal is sometimes blocked at a fuel injection port, and if the fuel is not supplied, the temperature of a fluidized bed which the fuel injection port shares is reduced to cause occurrence of an obstacle, such as production of SOX, incomplete combustion. Since fuel flow is stopped due to blocking of a pipe, the fuel feed pipe 4 is gradually heated by the heat of a combustion chamber 2, and is increased in temperature as compared with other fuel feed pipe. Such temperature change is detected by a temperature sensor, and a boiler supervising attendant visually finds the choked pipe and is completed to repair it. In repair, a valve 10 of said feed pipe 4 is blocked and compressed air is introduced in the feed pipe 4 through a compressed air introducing port 11 to blow off the lump present at the blocked part.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain carbon black at a relatively low temperature by forming a jetting stream bed from seed nuclear particles and simultaneously regulating the temperature in the central part of the jetting stream bed within a specific range, blowing a hydrocarbon gas into the interior of the jetting stream bed, thermally decomposing and incompletely burning the hydrocarbon gas. CONSTITUTION:A jetting stream bed is formed from carbon black particles to be seed nuclei in a jetting stream bed reactor 10 and temperature of hot spots in the central part of the jetting stream bed is regulated to 600-1000 deg.C to blow a hydrocarbon gas into the jetting stream bed and thermally decompose or incompletely burn the hydrocarbon gas. Carbon unconsumed by the combustion is mutually bound to provide carbon black, which is partially deposited on the carbon black of the seed nuclei forming the jetting stream bed. The rest is converted into powder, which becomes itself seed nuclei to increase the grain diameter during capturing with the first dust collector 19, such as cyclone, and circulation. The resultant substance is then taken out of a carbon black discharge port 13.

    • PURPOSE:To enable to carry out drying of coal fuel under high safety, by drying the coal which is in the course of crushing and dust collecting processes through potential heat of exhaust gas by introducing the exhaust gas to be generated by a fluidized bed boiler into a crusher of the coal. CONSTITUTION:Exhaust gas exhausted from a fluidized bed boiler 6 is discharged finally into the open air from a stack 10 after passing through an exhaust path I , a mechanical dust collector 7, an exhaust path II, an electric dust collector 8, an exhaust path III, a heat exchanger 9 and an exhaust path IV. Exhaust gas to be exhausted from a dust collector 5 is led to a stack 10 through an exhaust path V. Exhaust gas come out of an exhaust gas outlet 14 is led to the dust collector 5 and led to the stack 10 through an exhaust path V. When crude coal is loaded through an inlet of the crude coal, it is crushed into a pulverized state by a crusher 3 and intermix contact between exhaust gas fed into through an exhaust gas inlet 13 and a crushed coal is done, through which sufficient drying of the coal is performed. In addition to the above, exhaust gas performing the intermix contact, in this instance, is combustion exhaust gas generated from the fluidized boiler 6, through which drying through heat of exhaust gas is done while extremely safe operation is kept continued.

    • PURPOSE:To make possible uniform coal supply and to prevent a heating pipe from corrosion by a method wherein coal is supplied to a premixing fluidized bed to overflow mixture with fluid medium beyond the upper edge of the partition board into the main fluidized bed. CONSTITUTION:Grains of coal supplied from a coal feeder 10 into a premixing fluidized bed is mixed fully with fluid medium. The fluid medium is supplied by a fixed amount from a fluid medium supply pipe 11, mixture of coal and fluid medium that are fully mixed is overflowed always by a fixed amount over the partition board into the main fluid bed 7 to burn coal in a fluid state. Fluid medium containing ashes is exhausted from the ashes exhaust port 12. This amount of exhaust is brought under control in the manner that the amount of the coal overflowing the partition board and that of the admixture of the fluidized medium are made equal. Thus, the main fluidized bed is kept constant in its height, it is mixed sufficiently by the premixing fluidized bed to make the atmosphere uniform in concentration in the main fluidized bed and to prevent the corrosion of the heat transfer pipe.
