摘要： PURPOSE:To carry out every work of a facing in tunnel work within a short period of time and to enable early leg-mounting and closure by incorporating support erectors, rock bolt boring machines and a concrete sprayer into a base machine capable of self-running. After that, a tunnel working operation device 1 can be freely moved to a range covering almost overall area of a facing of a tunnel, a side wall around the facing and an arch section in a constructible manner. Every work including support erection, rock bolt driving, concrete spraying, etc., can be executed with one tunnel-working operation device 1. According to the constitution, a necessary length of bench in an upper half advancement method can be reduced to an approximately ideal length, and early closure can be accomplished.

摘要： PURPOSE:To carry out a boring work with a small number of workers in a short time by providing a cabin having a drilling machine including a drifter with a predetermined function, and a control panel, at the distal end of a telescopic arm installed on a self-traveling type base machine around which a fall-down preventing frame is arranged. CONSTITUTION:A fall-down preventing frame 21 is provided around a self- traveling type base machine 2 having a body part 24 which is attached thereto with an arm 24. A drilling machine 4 including a drifter 41 having a function such that the number of hitting per minute is more than 6,000bpm at maximum, is mounted at the distal end of the arm 3, a cabin 5 incorporating a control panel for centrally controlling the operation of the drilling machine 4, the base machine 2 and the arm 3, is provided at the distal end thereof. Further, only one worker manipulates the arm 3 and the base machine 2 within the cabin 5 so as to arbitrarily move the drilling machine 4 in a predetermined range on a normal plane. With this arrangement, a boring word for grouting process is carried out in a short time.

摘要： PURPOSE:To enable the proper matching of a main deck to a work position and make easy the handling of a slide deck for the main deck by installing the main deck on a support boom for the horizontal motion thereof at all times following the turning motion of the support boom. CONSTITUTION:The operation of a fluid cylinder 9 for the vertical motion of a boom stretches the rod 9a thereof and turns (moves aslant) a support boom 7 upward for a main frame 3 about the support pin 8 of a support bracket 5 as a fulcrum. A main deck 18 is moved upward with the aforesaid slant motion of the support boom 7. In this case, the rod 10a of the first auxiliary cylinder 10 is extended and the rod 15a of a fluid cylinder 15 for the vertical adjustment of a deck is operated telescopically. With this telescopic motion, a slewing support frame 13 is moved aslant for the support boom 7 and the main deck 18 is always kept horizontal, following the turning motion of the support boom 7. In this state, a drive means is operated to stretch horizontally a slide deck 23 from the main deck 18, thereby enabling the execution of various kinds of works.

摘要： PURPOSE:To increase the efficiency of drilling works or the like at a high position, by providing a horizontally rotatable base through a first rotary mechanism on the upper face of a travelling drive and lifting up the base by an outrigger and further, providing a boom on the base for working at high position. Next, the travelling drive 2 is turned almost 90 deg. to the left side and the outriggers 5-5 are pulled in and the base 4 and the travelling drive 2 are lowered. And a first rotary mechanism 3 is turned 90 deg. to the left rotary direction to rotate the base 4 to the left right angle to arrange it in the same direction with the travelling drive 2. And then the horizontal tunnel 12 is excavated by a drilling machine 14.
