摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction work device capable of efficiently conducting works for winding a steel plate on a pier. SOLUTION: An overhaul-assembly type working base 1 with a loop-shaped guide rail 4 is installed onto a footing 32 supporting a pier 31 so as to surround the pier 31. Working machines such as a drifter 7, a welding machine, etc., are loaded movably on the guide rail 4, and operation boring the mounting holes of anchor bolts 34 for fixing steel plates 33 onto the footing 32 and operation bonding the mutual steel plates 33 by welding are conducted by properly moving these working machines in the periphery of the pier 31. Masts are disposed in upright on the working base 1, a lifting-lowering workbench 24 is installed to the masts, and the winding operation of the steel plates 33 is conducted while freely shifting the workbench 24 horizontally and vertically along the pier 31.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit the diversion of a precision-machined member to reduce cost for prestressing a concrete member or the like in tension anchoring structure for anchoring by tensioning a tension member with nonmetallic continuous fiber as main material. SOLUTION: A cylindrical member is inserted to the outside of the end of a tension member, and synthetic resin or mortar is filled to integrate the cylindrical member with the tension member 1 to form a stuck anchor body 2. The tension member 1 is inserted in a tension anchor jig 3 with an external thread cut on the outer peripheral surface, and the stuck anchor body 2 is locked to the tension anchor jig 3. A nut 4 is screwed in the tension anchor jig 3 to anchor the tension member 1 to a concrete member 10 or the like through an anchor plate 5. Tension is introduced in by screwing a tension pipe 6 to the outside of the tension anchor jig 3 and locking the other end of the tension pipe 6 to a jack 7. The tension anchor jig 3 can be a cylindrical member or a member split by an axial cutting face.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for forming a tension material anchorage body by fixing tension materials on the opposed faces of a plurality of concrete members arranged in parallel for transmitting reaction to the concrete members, allowing the tension material anchorage body to be efficiency formed to be firmly integrated with the concrete members even when spaces between the plurality of concrete members are narrow. SOLUTION: A through-hole 11 is provided in each of a plurality of concrete members 5 and a cylindrical sheath 13 is arranged so as to make the through hole 11 in series to others. The sheathes 13 are embedded for placement of anchorage body concretes 14 to be joined to the concrete members on both sides. Tension force is introduced in the sheaths 13 by insertion of tension materials 8 and the tension materials 8 are integrated with the anchorage body concretes by injection and hardening of grout. Then, the anchorage body concretes 14 integrated with the tension materials 8 are cut and separated therefrom at an approximate center between the opposed faces of the plurality of concrete members.
