摘要： PURPOSE:To contrive unmanned operations with high efficiency at construction site by providing monitors connected to television camera attached to an excavating mechanism and a pneumatic operation room, a computer, and an excavation operating board for the centralized control room of the ground's surface. CONSTITUTION:An excavator mechanism 11 movable along rails 10 is set on the downside of the bottom board 1a of a caisson 1, and an excavator camera 12 and a caisson camera 13 are attached to the downside of the bottom 1a and the mechanism 11. In the centralized control room 26 of the ground's surface, a personal computer 27, a printer 28, an excavation operating board 33, and CRT excavation monitor 30 connected with the cameras 12 and 13 and an operating room monitor 31 are set. The settling and excavating conditions of caisson and the condition of surrounding ground are grasped through various sensors, and data are quickly processed. A series of control and operation can thus be performed only the the centralized control room 26 while watching the screen 30 and 31.

In the second mode, the wire 11 is towed by the center hole jack 23 and the rear drum portion 5 and a steel shell 25 is driven.

In this case, the outside diameter of the protector 16 is almost equalized with the outside diameter of the frame 8. A tunnel is excavated by a shield excavator with the protector 16 set projectively on the front periphery of the frame 8. After the excavation is stopped immediately before reaching underground pit, the protector 16 is projected to press its front end on the underground pit 5 to support the ground, and under the condition, inside apparatus such as cutter 2 and soil are removed. Connection of underground pits can thus be safely made.

摘要： PURPOSE:To aim at stabilization for excavation and solution for a waste earth disposal problem by injecting a cellulose water soluble polymeric thickener independently, or adding bentonite to it, into diggings and then adding a cellulase agent to the diggings. CONSTITUTION:Excavation is put forward while injecting a cellulose water soluble polymeric thickener, for example, carboxymethyl cellulose(CMC) stored in a tank 6 to diggings in a chamber 3 of a closed type shield from a filler hole 5 by a pump 7, and the diggings, whose fluidity grows better, is conveyed via an earth-moving device 4 or the like. A cellulase agent 15 is mixed and added to the diggings in passing through mixing tube 14 installed a discharge end of a sediment pressurefeed pipe 13, and received in a hopper 17, then the CMC is completely decomposed whereby the diggings are restored to the original state. In this connection, injection may be done after adding the bentonite to the CMC.
