    • PURPOSE: To provide a water treatment tank fitted with panel-shaped filter bed capable of performing filter bed assembling work outside the tank. CONSTITUTION: Beam members 11 are provided to the upper regions in a water treatment tank 20 and a large number of frame members 9 having through-hole parts and panel-shaped filter beds 1 are successively hooked with the beam members 11 from an insertion port 24 to be suspended in the tank 20. A terminal ring 15 is fixed to the inner surface region of the tank 20 opposed to the through-hole parts of the frame members 9 of the tank 20 at the time of the suspension from the beam members 11. The leading end of the attaching rope 7 delivered into the tank 20 from the insertion port 24 is passed through the terminal ring 5 and folded back to be returned to the outside of the tank. Hollow distance pieces 13 are interposed between the through-hole parts 10 of the mutually adjacent frame members 9 and between the terminal ring 15 and the through-hole parts of the adjacent frame members 9 from the rear end of the attaching rope 7 to send the frame members 9 into the tank 20. The terminal of the rope 7 and the leading end passing through the distance pieces 13 and the through-hole parts to be folded back through the terminal ring 15 of the rope 7 are connected without loosening the rope to fix the frame members to the terminal ring 15.

    • PURPOSE:To increase the speed of a waste water treatment by hermetically communicating the waste water-microorganism mixture in a bioreaction vessel to a centrifugal separator, separating the mixture to a thickened liquid and clean liquid and hermetically returning the thickened liquid from the centrifugal separator to the bioreaction vessel. CONSTITUTION:The treated water in the liquid mixture 3 in the centrifugal separator 23 shifts to the clean liquid 25 and the greater part of the bacteria therein remain in the thickened liquid 24 and, therefore, the liquid 24 contains the bacteria at a high concn. The bacteria in the liquid 3 sent first to the centrifugal separator 23 by a circulation pump 22 are thickened and are returned to the bioreaction vessel 20 when the liquid 24 is returned to the vessel 20. The clean liquid 25 is discharged as treated water 6 through a water sealing device 26 in an ordinary operation. However, the liquid 25 is fed into the vessel 20 through a liquid level control valve 27 when the water level L in the vessel 20 is lowered by a decrease in the inflow rate of the waste water 1, etc.

CONSTITUTION: A water treatment tank 2 consists of an aeration part 11 and a filter bed part 12 as a mixed bed 10 and a filter medium membrane 1 is composed of rows of string-like filter media 6 which are stretched between an upper rod 2u and a lower rod 2d. In addition, paired vertical guide rails 9 are arranged apart from each other horizontally in a specified direction substantially by the length of each rod 2u, 2d on the filter bed part 12. Further, the filter medium membrane 1 is hung by holding both ends of the upper rod 2u of the filter medium membrane 1 using paired holding members 4 provided on the upper end part of paired guide rails 9, and both ends of the lower rod 2d of the filter medium membrane 1 are engaged with the lower part of the vertical guide rails 9 in a freely rotatable manner. A guide rope 7 is suspended from one end bound to the beam member, and is caused to rise, turning back along the lower face of the lower rod 2d in the middle of the one end and the other end is connected to the winding shaft 18.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent clogging of cord-like carriers and the carrier units thereof by installing the carrier units consisting of plural arrays of the cord-like carriers which are hung in a vertical direction and in parallel to single or multiple stages into a reaction column. CONSTITUTION:The waste water poured from a waste water feed port 15 to a water pressure drop detecting pan 17 falls by gravity in a waste water feed pipe 20 and ascends by passing the spaces between the arrays of the cord-like carriers 12 hung in parallel in the vertical direction as shown in the figure a white arrow W after arriving at the bottom of the reaction column 10. The waste water 1 comes into contact with the bacteria held on the cord-like carriers 12 and is cleaned during the ascending. The cleaned and treated water 4 is passed through a water collecting pan 19 and a water sealing device 24 and a discharged to the outside of the reaction column 10. The carriers 12 formed to a cord shape and are hung in parallel in the vertical direction guide the waste water upward and since the cord-like carriers 12 are arranged along the flow of the waste water, the deposition of the suspensible floating solids and sludge on the surface thereof is extremely decreased and the clogging of the cord-like carriers 12 and the carrier units 11 thereof is prevented.

Furthermore, since DO control can be performed by intermittent operation of a blower, the operation time of the blower is shortened and energy saving can be contrived.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water cleaning method and equipment utilizing a planting base plate which is high in a root taking rate and is capable of stably maintaining high cleaning efficiency. SOLUTION: Fine-grained soil 15 which constitutes the planting base plates 10 is placed on a bottom wall 12 pierced with pores 13 through which root systems 17 of plants 26 can pass across middle-grained soil 14 larger than these pores 13. Further, preferably, the catalyst filter bed 6 for cleaning is disposed in the water in a channel-like waterway 2 so as to intersect with the longitudinal direction of the waterway and the planting base plate 10 is disposed on the water surface 4 on the filter bed 6 across the entire width of the waterway.
