    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water cleaning method and equipment utilizing a planting base plate which is high in a root taking rate and is capable of stably maintaining high cleaning efficiency. SOLUTION: Fine-grained soil 15 which constitutes the planting base plates 10 is placed on a bottom wall 12 pierced with pores 13 through which root systems 17 of plants 26 can pass across middle-grained soil 14 larger than these pores 13. The planting base plate 10 is supported by immersing the bottom wall 12 in the water surface 4 and underwater pollutants are adsorbed and absorbed into the root systems 17 of the plants 16 grown in the water from the pores 13. Preferably a catalyst filter bed 6 for cleaning is arranged in the water below the planting base plate 10 to cause the root systems 17 of the plants 16 grown in the water from the planting base plate 10 to entangle with the filter bed 6. Further, preferably, the catalyst filter bed 6 for cleaning is disposed in the water in a channel-like waterway 2 so as to intersect with the longitudinal direction of the waterway and the planting base plate 10 is disposed on the water surface 4 on the filter bed 6 across the entire width of the waterway.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for arranging underground pipes for a ground temperature control system, having advantages that when the temperature of soil is to be controlled through piping heat transfer medium pipes underground of a vegetation site such as a pitch, the ground can almost uniformly be heated or cooled to uniformize the ground temperature even if the vegetation site is broad, with less pressure loss leading to improving operating efficiency, and also the reliability of the heat transfer medium pipes can be improved, resulting in less harmful effect on the vegetation even if troubles including a leak in one of the heat transfer medium pipes occur and the operation of the pipe in question is stopped.
SOLUTION: The ground temperature control system functioning to circulate a heat transfer medium through pipes 2 embedded in a vegetation site has the following scheme: as to a heat transfer medium unit composed of the plurality of single pipes 2 constituting going path and returning path, the going path end and the returning path end are connected to an entrance side header pipe 6a and an exit side header pipe 6b, respectively, wherein the going path side adjoins the returning path side.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for controlling ground temperature with which running cost is controlled to a low level and heat quantity required for one day can be ensured to make a response even to the peak of a thermal load without especially increasing the size of equipment when the soil temperature is controlled by arranging heating medium pipes in the ground of planting land such as pitch. SOLUTION: This system for controlling the ground temperature is obtained by burying the heating medium pipes 2 in the planting land for plants such as lawn, connecting the heating medium pipes 2 to a heating medium tank 5 and circulating the heating medium of cold water or warm water through the interior of the heating medium pipes 2. In the system, the heating medium tank 5 is connected to a first and a second thermal storage tanks 3 and 4 and the cold water or warm water intending to return to the heating medium tank 5 is made to flow into the first thermal storage tank 3 when the cold water of the heating medium tank 5 reaches the set value or above or the warm water reaches the set value or below. The cold water or warm water in the second thermal storage tank 4 is set at a lower or a higher temperature than that of the heating medium tank 5 and fed to the heating medium tank 5. The circulating cold water or warm water is returned to the heating medium tank 5 again after the temperature of the heating medium tank 5 is recovered to the set value. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO

    • PURPOSE: To provide an air film for a roof which can absorb and store solar radiation heat without any reduction in an amount of daylight by forming a transparent resin film on the lower side into a double layer consisting of two transparent resin films and arranging a water f 1 m layer, through which water is run, between the double layer. CONSTITUTION: An air film 2 mounted as a roof member for a building 1 is constructed of a transparent resin film, which serves as an upper layer 3, on the upper face and a double layer transparent resin film, which serves as an intermediate layer 4 and a lower layer 5, on the lower face, and by injecting air compressedly to a closed space between the upper layer 3 and the intermediate layer 4, the intermediate layer 4 and the lower layer 5 are brought into tight contact with each other, and as a result, a convex lens-like air film is formed. Then, water inside a water storage tank 7 is run between the intermediate layer 4 and the lower layer 5 by means of a pump 6, so that a water film is formed beneath the air film 2. Subsequently, when a double layer consisting of the intermediate layer 4 and the lower layer 5 is used as a water running film, transmittancy of the film is improved, and at the same time, the water works as a solar heat absorbing medium in solar radiation, so that a direct change of an interior temperature due to solar radiation is moderated without reducing an amount of daylight.
