摘要： PURPOSE:To enable displacement of ground to be absorbed by storing a fluid expansion and contraction means in a plurality of laid casings, setting up an antenna on a reception trestle where upper edges of a supporting trestle are interlocked, and then controlling a fluid supply means based on a signal of a means for detecting displacement of the ground. CONSTITUTION:Bellows 2 are stored in a plurality of casings 1a-1b which are laid in ground and are expanded and contracted by an air compressor and an adjusting valve 7. A horizontal reception trestle 5 is interlocked to an upper-edge portion of an upper supporting trestle 3 of the bellows 2 through shoes and a spherical surface seat 4' and a plurality of antennas 6 are set up on the trestle 5. Also, a displacement meter in vertical and horizontal directions is laid within the ground. When the ground sinks or rises now, a control center opens an adjustment valve 7 according to a signal from the displacement meter in vertical direction and then automatically compensates the bellows 2. Also, when the ground is displaced slightly in horizontal direction, the supporting trestle 3 is slightly displaced or rotated for the shoes 4 and the spherical seat 4' and then performs compensation automatically. When the displacement of ground in horizontal direction is large, a casing 1 is raised and then the displacement is absorbed.

A magnetic field is formed by superconductive coils 2 set on the wall face of the hollow 13, and electric current is applied to sea water between electrodes 3 to generate water current by which unnecessary matter such as sludge on the seabed near the follow 13 is removed. After the operation is ended, sea water in the tank 11a is discharged by the pump P to float up the accelerator 1 and carry same to the next operating position for operation.

CONSTITUTION:The bracket consisting of a base plate 11, a clamping bar 12, a round rod 13, etc. is fixed to a reinforcing plate 15 welded to the rigid wall 4. A film body 10 to which a cover sheet 16 is adhered is fixed on the reinforcing plate 15 by a bolt 18 and a plane plate 19 so as to cover the bracket and the cover sheet 16 is expanded up to the lower surface of the base plate 11 and then fixed through a round rod rubber packing 20. Soapy water 24 is applied to the outside of the seal and testing air 23 or the like is injected into the space through an injection port 22 formed on the folded film 10. Consequently, the testing air or the like can be injected only into the limited space and the test can be attained rapidly without expanding the whole film.
