One end of the wire rope 5 is connected to a joint hardware 6 mounted to the lower part of the ground sill so that it is capable of following the displacement in every direction of the building, the middle part of the wire rope 5 is inserted in a displacement conversion hardware 7 installed on the footing surface of the vibration isolation device and capable of converting the displacement in every direction of the base isolated building into the displacement in one direction and is borne thereon.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attenuating function with bringing-out of a certain frictional force on a sliding face, by using several sliding bearings in which the sliding face is treated with a preventive processing against sticking by use or a metallic plate and several laminated rubber bearings together. SOLUTION: Shoes 1' for a structure are provided at the bottom of the structure 1 and a durable metallic plate 5 is attached thereto. The sliding bearing 4 having a frictional force is put on a durable metallic plate 6 fitted to a foundation 2 through a specially processed part 7. Even if it is left in this condition for a long period, it is neither adheres nor the characteristics deteriorate and the attenuation property is kept. And further, when the sliding bearing 4 and the laminated rubber bearing 3 are used together, the proper vibration period of the base isolation system of the structure becomes longer in comparison with a single kind of the laminated rubber bearing 3. In this way, this system is sufficiently applicable for a structure having a long proper vibration period or an earthquake with a long periodical component, and hence this system can bring out an excellent vibration isolation effect.

CONSTITUTION:A reading microscope 8 is installed in a position where transmitted light A from an actuator 1 can be observed. An image (a) by the transmitted light A from the actuator 1 and an image (b) by reflected light B from an actuator 2 are projected in a visual field 9 of the microscope 8. When a level of the actuator 2 is low, a shim equivalent to level deviation E is inserted in the bottom part, and the level is adjusted so that the images (a and b) can coincide with each other. Next, a half mirror 6 is rotated by 135 degrees in a clockwise direction, and is inclined by 45 degrees to the actuator 1 being a reference to the axis X, and the microscope 8 is moved, and a level of an actuator 3 is adjusted similarly to the actuator 1. A level of an actuator 4 is adjusted similarly.

摘要： PURPOSE:To alleviate a vibration of a conveying truck by supporting wheels of the truck to drive the wheels by a motor by magnetic bearings, and providing a controller for driving the bearings according to an output signal of a sensor provided in the truck to detect a shape of a road surface. CONSTITUTION:A pair of right and left wheels 2, 2 are provided at front and rear of a carriage 1 of a conveying vehicle A for placing a material B to be conveyed. An axle 3 for connecting the wheels 2, 3 is supported to the carriage 1 by a pair of magnetic bearings 4, 4, and fixed at a center to a coil of a motor 7. The bearing 4 is formed of a rotor and a stator. The axle 3 is fixed to the rotor, and the stator is opposed to the rotor through a gap, and has many electromagnets having different polarities adjacent at an equal interval in a circumferential direction. A sensor 8a for detecting a displacement of a road surface R is provided on the carriage 1, and energization of the electromagnet of the bearing 4 is controlled by an output of the sensor 8a through a controller 10. Thus, since vibration of the vehicle A is alleviated, it can stably convey a precise machine.

摘要： PURPOSE:To absorb vibration energy according to the amount of turning and deformation by a method in which when relative deformation occurs between structures, the outer tube of an energy-absorbing ring and a steel bar are turned oppositely to cause the plastic deformation of connectors. CONSTITUTION:A vibration absorber A consists of an energy-absorbing ring 4 composed of ringed outer and inner tubes 1 and 2 and connectors 3 to radially connect the tubes 1 and 2 and a steel bar 5 inserted into the tube 2 to transmit turning forces to the tube 2. The ring 4 is fixed at the tube 1 to any one of structural parts and the bar 5 is fixed to the other. When relative deformation occurs between the structural parts, the outer tube 1 of the ring 4 and the bar 5 are turned oppositely, and the connectors 3 undergo plastic deformation to absorb vibration energy according to turning-deformation amounts.
