This dielectric ceramic can constitute the dielectric ceramic layers of a laminated ceramic capacitor.

摘要： If the pressure of the section of the air intake path downstream of a compressor wheel becomes higher than the pressure of the section on the upstream side, a flow of air is produced in a bypass pipe and an ejector draws in blow-by gas from within a first gas pipe. The blow-by gas sucked into the ejector from the first gas pipe flows into the section of the air intake path upstream of the compressor wheel by way of the bypass pipe. The blow-by gas recirculation device has a structure in which the section of at least the bypass pipe or the first gas pipe that connects to the other components separates at the same time the other piping located in the vicinity of the internal combustion engine separates. The other piping is piping that will affect a monitorable engine operation state when separated.

The method includes the process of performing a heat treatment under a hydrogen atmosphere containing ammonia after the process of removing the GaAs substrate and before the process of epitaxially growing the n-type GaP window layer.
