摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automate a hybridization process requiring much time for detecting nucleic acids and a large space for experiment by very simple operation, bring a small size to an apparatus at the same time and simply and quickly prepare a single chain nucleic acid.
SOLUTION: The apparatus for automatically preparing the nucleic acid is constituted by installing at least (A) a reaction part having a reaction vessel holder, a heating and cooling device and a magnetic force controller, (B) a chip rack/supernatant recovering part having a chip rack and a supernatant recovery vessel, (C) a reagent part having a reagent-holding vessel and (D) a plurality of chip nozzles, having a mechanism for attaching and detaching the chip to and from the nozzle and a mechanism for sucking and injecting a treatment solution by attached chip and installing a head part installed with an arm unit movable toward X-Z axis direction. The method for detecting the nucleic acid in a sample uses the apparatus.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply and efficiently detect a target nucleic acid in a sample, by clearly distinguishing the nucleic acid from another nucleic acid which has variation in one or more bases.
SOLUTION: An apparatus is so structured as to detect the target nucleic acid in a solution of the sample by distinguishing the nucleic acid from a variant nucleic acid having the variation in one or more bases, wherein the apparatus is used in conducting a hybridization method in which beads are used as a solid phase and a fluorescent or luminescent labeled probe is used as a nucleic acid probe. Further, the apparatus is so structured that a labeled probe which is not hybridized is washed and removed after hybridization reaction is completed, a solution for releasing the probe is added thereto, the target nucleic acid which is hybridized and fastened to the beads is made to be settled on a bottom surface of a container, the labeled probe is released from the beads to a supernatant by gradually raising a temperature of a reaction solution up to a temperature higher than a denaturation temperature of the target nucleic acid, and a quantity of the fluorescent light or the luminescent light is successively measured.
