摘要：本发明提供了一种基于枝状分子的生物芯片，所述生物芯片的基体中具有供含有生物高分子的溶液流过的流道，所述流道的壁上带有多个一端与该壁相连的枝状分子，所述枝状分子的末梢上结合有探针生物高分子或者抗体分子。如果枝状分子的末梢上结合的是所述探针生物高分子，那么就可通过互补结合的方式捕获靶生物高分子；如果枝状分子的末梢上结合的是所述抗体分子，那么就可通过抗原-抗体反应来提取蛋白质。由此生物高分子得以被高效率地提取出来。
