    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for separating a microorganism designed to selectively capture, separate and recover the microorganism which is the object of detection in a micro-region. SOLUTION: The specific microorganism contained in sample water is captured, separated and recovered. In the process, the following apparatus is provided.
