    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a classifier which is used for treating dredged soil and the like, reduces cost and a space required for storage and transportation by commonly using components, and improves handleability during maintenance.SOLUTION: The classifier includes: a sieve unit 2 provided with a vibrating screen 3 where screens 5a, 5b are set in two stages so as to be vertically spaced and excited forward and backward; a sand classifying unit 11 having a centrifuge 12; and a silt classifying unit 13 having a centrifuge 14. One of the sand classifying unit 11 and the silt classifying unit 13 is selectively fitted to the top of the sieve unit 2, and a supply line 7a from a pump for sand classification 7 disposed in a storage tank 6 disposed below the sieve unit 2 is connected to an inlet 12a of the centrifuge 12 of the one unit 11 fitted to the top of the sieve unit 2.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reclamation material manufacturing system can simplify a device for metering sediment and cement and a control for mixing the sediment and cement at a predetermined ratio when a reclamation material manufactured by mixing the sediment, the cement, and a separation prevention agent is formed.
      SOLUTION: This reclamation material manufacturing system includes a sediment feeder device 20 for supplying sediment; a cement supply device 30 for dropping a predetermined amount of cement on a first belt conveyor 10; a mixer 40 for forming a sediment mixture by mixing the sediment and the cement; a nozzle spray 60 for forming a reclamation material by spraying a separation prevention agent solution over the sediment mixture; and a control device 80 for calculating a water-containing weight of the sediment by subtracting the supplied amount of cement set in the cement supply device from the total weight of the sediment and cement metered by a load cell 11, calculating the dry weight of the sediment from the water-containing weight and the moisture content of the sediment, and so adjusting the amount of the sediment supplied from the sediment feeder device 20 that the ratio of the dry weight and the supplied mount of cement is a predetermined value.
