An upwardly opened funnel-shaped receiving part and a tubular fixed part projecting downwardly from a lower part of the receiving part are provided on the condensed water guide member 7. The fixed part has a shape to be fitted to a circumferential edge of the discharge hole when it is inserted in the discharge hole of the floor tunnel T.
