摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat sealing apparatus capable of performing an excellent heat seal even in the case of heat sealing under severe conditions under a liquid surface even when a vegetable juice containing a plenty of water insoluble vegetable fibers is filled and packaged or the like. SOLUTION: The high-frequency heat sealing apparatus comprises an openable and closable sealing jaw 23 for heat sealing a tubular packaging material in a cross sectional state under the liquid surface and an opposite jaw 25. The apparatus further comprises protruding strips 31 of a shape including a partial curve for pressing a central part of a sealing zone narrowed in round states at both right and left sides and provided on an operating surface of a high-frequency coil 22 provided in plane with the operating surface of the sealing jaw, grooves 34 provided on the operating surface adjacent to the outside of the inner surface side of a container of the sealing zone to form a molten thermoplastic resin reservoir, and a discharging part 33 of the molten resin provided adjacent to the outside of the high-frequency coil at the cutting side. It is preferred that the operating surface between the strip and the grove is formed in an oblique surface 36.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively fold at a crease in a lengthwise direction of a crease or a direction perpendicular to the lengthwise direction prior to fold forming by winding a ring-like protruding strip provided at a position corresponding to a crease by a roll having the strip on its entire periphery and feeding it. SOLUTION: When a web is wound on a periphery 17 of a ring-like protruding strip 15 provided on a rotary roll 16 in the state of the roll 16 having the strip 15 provided at a position corresponding to a lengthwise crease on the entire periphery, even if it is rapidly continuously driven for a long time, the web is not slide or not moved in a zigzag manner in a direction perpendicular to a lengthwise direction but a folding can be effectively formed at the position of the lengthwise crease. The periphery 17 of the strip 15 is inscribed with a recess 13 provided at the crease of the web, and hence a stress due to the strain is concentrated at the crease previously executed in a lengthwise direction of a packaging material web.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable heating while restraining decomposition of hydrogen peroxide and to prevent a heater from corroding by including a hot water tank, having a heater and a heat exchanger, within a sterilizing tank for passing a web. SOLUTION: A water heater 112 is operated, a switching valve 115 is connected to a heat exchanger 113, and sterilizing liquid in a tank 114 is circulated through the heat exchanger 113. Water in a hot water tank 111 is heated with the water heater 112 to be hot water. Heat is exchanged between hot water and sterilizing liquid in the heat exchanger 113, so that the temperature of the sterilizing liquid is raised. When the temperature rises to a specified value, the switching valve 115 is switched from the heat exchanger 113 to a sterilizing tank 51, and the sterilizing liquid in the tank 114 is circulated through the sterilizing tank 51. After that, the sterilizing liquid is kept at a constant, hot temperature with the heat transmitted from the hot water tank 111. Since the heat of the heater 112 is transmitted indirectly as described above, the heating is carried out while restricting decomposition of hydrogen peroxide. Furthermore, since the heater 112 is not in direct contact with the hydrogen peroxide, the heater is unlikely to corrode.
