摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively fold at a crease in a lengthwise direction of a crease or a direction perpendicular to the lengthwise direction prior to fold forming by winding a ring-like protruding strip provided at a position corresponding to a crease by a roll having the strip on its entire periphery and feeding it. SOLUTION: When a web is wound on a periphery 17 of a ring-like protruding strip 15 provided on a rotary roll 16 in the state of the roll 16 having the strip 15 provided at a position corresponding to a lengthwise crease on the entire periphery, even if it is rapidly continuously driven for a long time, the web is not slide or not moved in a zigzag manner in a direction perpendicular to a lengthwise direction but a folding can be effectively formed at the position of the lengthwise crease. The periphery 17 of the strip 15 is inscribed with a recess 13 provided at the crease of the web, and hence a stress due to the strain is concentrated at the crease previously executed in a lengthwise direction of a packaging material web.

In this case, this protruding shape paper container forming attachment 10 is attached on the confronted surfaces 9c being confronted each other on the internal surfaces 9b of the pair of forming preparatory fittings 9, and presses the side wall of the cylindrical body 4 inward so that the pressed surface 10c may expand inward, and the expanded pressed surface 10c is formed of a spherical surface wherein the center is the peak, and which gradually becomes lower as becoming closer to the top and the bottom, and both sides in the lateral direction.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent the edges of a seal part on the inside of a container from heating to an unnecessary temperature by a method wherein two strip like magnetic substances are provided outside two straight parts extending along the full length thereof, projections are provided extending lengthwise of the straight parts at the four places thereof adapted to apply a high pressure and the projections are formed into an arcuate cross sectional contour. CONSTITUTION:A pair of opposing pressing members 23 and 24 is fixed to the upper part of a pair of freely rockable arms 21 and 22 and the pressing member 24 is provided with a copper-made, U-shaped high frequency coil 27 having two straight parts 25 and 26 extending parallel to each other and with two strip-or plate-like ferrite-made magnetic substance 28. The projections 43 with arcuate cross section formed on the pressing surface 42 of the high frequency coil 27 press both edges of a tube with a high pressure upon sealing. The existence of the magnetic substance 28 on the outside of the coil 27 causes the magnetic line of force attempting to diffuse outwardly of the coil 27 to refract in the direction of the magnetic substance 28. For this reason, the parts of packaging material outside of the coil 27 become difficult to heat.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a tensile condition of a cylindrical body on laterally sealing it and seal the face in a flat condition, by providing a check valve at a liquid hole provided on a pressure flange body, preventing the liquid from flowing up but allowing it to flow down. SOLUTION: When a cylindrical body 18 is pushed by a lateral seal device 23 on laterally sealing it and the liquid pressure under a pressure flange body 15 rises, a check valve 20 is pushed up by the liquid 24 and a liquid hole 19 is closed. In this way, the cylindrical body 18 is pressurized by the liquid 24 and tensed and hence, the seal face 25 is made flat and laterally sealed completely. By pressurizing and heating it by a lateral seal device 23, when the speed bringing down the cylinder 18 exceeds the supply volume of the liquid 24 from the injection nozzle 16 and the inside of the cylinder 18 at the lower side of the pressure flange body 15 becomes negative, the liquid hole 19 is opened by the check valve 20. In this way, the liquid 24 in the upper side of the pressure flange body flows down to the lower side thereof through the liquid hole 19 to prevent the deformation of the cylindrical body 18 and hence, a paper container having a more perfect shape, filled with the liquid, can be produced.
