摘要： PURPOSE:To enable a gaseous nitrogen compound to be analytically measured with high sensitivity by setting a measurement wavenumber region in restriction to a specified range and by constituting each device so as to have a maximum spectral detection sensitivity in this region. CONSTITUTION:Light of a light source 10 enters into a beam splitter 12, where transmitted light progresses to a fixed mirror 14, and reflected light to a movable mirror 16, so that they are reflected and recombined, respectively, but form interference light because of a difference in light paths. A cell 18 is irradiated with this interference light, and a generated interferogram is sensed by a MCT sensor 20 and subjected to Fourrier transform by a Fourrier transformer 22 to obtain spectra of respective wavelenghts. A measurement wavenumber regions is restricted to 2350-610cm : when the sensor 20, light source 10, and splitter 12 are so constituted that a spectral detection sensitivity may be maximum, a gas under measurement can be introduced into the cell at its intact concentration. Therefore, the spectral sensitivity improves rapidly, and it is possible to analytically measure a gaseous nitrogen compound with high precision.

Further, the linear temporary calibration line and a real sample spectrum 8 are input to the calculator 3 which calculates a temporary concentration of each component of a real sample. The temporary concentration of the calculator 3 and a sample real concentration 9 are input to a concentration correcting function setter 4 to calculate to set a correcting function. The real sample temporary concentration and the function of the setter 4 are input to a concentration correction calculator 6 to calculate a real concentration value of the real sample.
