摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reflection type terahertz spectrometry system which eliminates the need to arrange a speculum at a position identical to that of an object to be measured and by which the object to be measured is not limited to solids. SOLUTION: The system is provided with an incident side optical channel 1 through which terahertz waves are transmitted, a means 2 which irradiates the object to be measured with the terahertz waves, an exit side optical channel 3, and a detecting section 4. The irradiating means has a planar interface and a refractive index larger than that of surrounding regions contacting the interface and is arranged so that total reflections of the terahertz waves occur on the planar interface. The object to be measured is arranged on the plane interface and irradiated with evanescent waves being emitted when the total reflections of the terahertz waves occur, and spectra are measured by using a spectrometric method. Terahertz waves emitted during a period when the object to be measured is not disposed on the plane interface, are used as references, thereby eliminating the need to arrange the speculum at the position identical to that of the object to be measured. Furthermore, the method of the system uses interactions between the object to be measured and evanescent waves oozing from the planar interface of the irradiating means, and therefore, the object to be measured is not limited to the solids. CONSTITUTION:A synthetic resin part 1 covering the outer surface of a heating type closet seat, which is made of ABS resin, is inserted into a planar heating element molding die, and accordingly, a planar heating element 2 is formed of a heating material such as ABS resin containing 6-4 brass staples and carbon black. It is noted that an electrode fixture 7 is inserted in this case. Then a subassembly is inserted in a foam material-molding die, and the part of the foamed material 3 is made of a material in which a chemical foaming agent is mixed into ABS resin. Further, in order to improve the external appearance of this part, this is inserted into a die for molding a liner plate 4 which is therefore formed. Accordingly, the closet seat has its rear surface on which an air containing part is formed and which is incorporated with a planar heating element, thereby it is possible to obtain an integrated heating type closet seat.
