摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect a target antigen in blood by immuno-chromatography without previously removing hemocytes only by irrigating and developing the whole blood. SOLUTION: In this device for detecting the antigen in blood comprised of a membrane carrier (3) for chromatography development, a color label first antibody to a substance to be tested, a second antibody to the substance to be tested, and a hemocyte capturing membrane member (7), the first antibody is impregnated in a label antibody impregnating member (2) arranged at the starting section of the chromatography development, the second antibody is fixed to the carrier at a capturing section (31) separated from the starting section of chromatography development, and the hemocyte capturing membrane member is comprised of a carboxymethylcellulose membrane and laminated on the upper surface of the impregnating member. Blood is made to permeate into the hemocyte capturing membrane member as it is the whole blood to make blood components except hemocytes permeate into the impregnating member and is chromatographically developed on the carrier, and a complex of the substance to be tested and the first antibody is captured at the capturing section and colored.
