    • PURPOSE:To stick adhesive at each position in almost fixed quantity and to produce a sound casting by holding the adhesive in each hole of porous body made of flexible material and bringing sticking surface of a pattern into contact with this porous body. CONSTITUTION:The lost foam patterns 16, 166 to be stuck are held by holding parts 15 and a pull-down device 9 is shifted upward until reaching the position of an engaging part 8 and a grasping part 10 is closed to grasp the engaging part 8 and puled down. Then, the grasping part 10 is opened and separated. The hot melt adhesive is stuck to the holes in net of the porous body in film-state. Reheating heaters 14 are shifted from the back direction of the showed figure, to insert the porous body 7 with some intervals and the surface thereof is heated to remelt the adhesive. The heater 14 is left to the back direction and the holding parts 15 are shifted to the mutually approaching direction by operating a hydraulic pressure device 17 and the adhesive is stuck by bringing into contact with the patterns so as to insert the porous body 7. The holding parts 15 are retreated and a weight 12 is pulled down to draw up the porous body 7 and by approaching the holding parts 15, the lost foam patterns 16 are brought into contact with each other and stuck and separated from the holding parts 15.

    • PURPOSE:To execute suction of gas without using any pump, etc., by burying a lost foam pattern in a flask, arranging a combustion suction body having opening part at upper part, pouring molten metal, losing the lost foam pattern by gasifying to cast the product and igniting gas flowed into the combustion suction body. CONSTITUTION:Bending parts in inner circumference of the flask 3 are formed to obtuse angle or arch shape and non-combustible packing material 4 is packed in the flask 3 as shiftable. In the packing material 4, the lost foam pattern 6, which has permeable coating layer 5 and losts while generating combustible gas by heating, is buried, and the runner 8 having 7 is arranged. The combustion suction body 13 having a vent hole 11 at side wall 10 as contacting with layer 9 of the packing material and opening part 12 at upper part, is arranged. The mold 3 is vibrated with a vibrator 15 to closely form the packing material 4. The molten metal 17 is poured in the sprue 7 and the lost foam pattern 6 is lost by gasifying to cast the product. The generated gas is ignited with an ignition device 19 at the opening part 12 of the combustion suction device 13 and after that, suction of the gas is executed from the vent hole 11 to prevent back flow of the gas.

    • PURPOSE:To quicken passing time of molten metal and to prevent explosion at a runner by arranging the runner made of columnar foam polystyrene forming surface area increasing part, forming protecting layer at outside of a pattern and the runner, embedding the pattern and the runner into incombustible packing material packing in a flask and pouring molten metal. CONSTITUTION:The cylindrical or square columnar runner 4 made of foam polystyrene has the surface area increasing part 5 with gap part cutting part of fin-like projecting part, etc. The lost foam pattern 6, runner 4, projection-like surface area increasing part 5, etc., made of foam polystyrene forms the protecting layer by facing agent, etc., on the outer face thereof. An ignition device 11 executes exhaust of gas by flame 12. The flask 1 is laid on a conveying device with roller and intermittently shifted to execute in order the casting process. By this method, the passing time of the runner is quickened and the development of deteriorated product is prevented and running of the molten metal into the desired part can be made to surely.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce feeder head quantity and to prevent the development of shrinkage hole by arranging an accommodating part of noncombustible filler at inside of the feeder head part with runner arranged at the upper part of pattern for product made of foaming synthetic resin through a gate. CONSTITUTION:For example, the lost foam pattern 9 is formed of the pattern for product 1, gate 2, feeder head 3, accommodating part 4 for noncombustible filler of sand, etc., runner 5, connecting part 6 and sprue 7. Further, the accommodating part 4 may be formed to hollow-like as showing in the figure or ring-like or square hole-like and the number may be plural number. These are desirable to form as symmetric or balancing in the cross section to the center. Successively, the protecting layer 8 of facing agent, etc., is formed on the surface of the lost foam pattern 9 and the pattern is buried into the above filler accommodated in a flask and the filler is charged in the accommodating part 4 and molten metal is poured from the sprue 7.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent contra-flow of molten metal and to simplify the equipment by arranging a ventilation body having ventilation holes at the side wall as coming in contact with filling material in a casting flask and burning gas, which comes in the ventilate body, at the end part at the time of pouring the molten metal. CONSTITUTION:An vanishable pattern 3 in the filling material 2 in the casting flash 1 is inserted and also the ventilation body 8 having the ventilation holes 7 in the side wall 6 is arranged, and so a casting device 9 is formed. The molten metal is poured from a sprue 4 and the vanishable pattern 3 is heated and decomposed, and so the casting is executed. Then, generated inflammable gas enters ventilate body 8 through gaps of the filling material 2 and the ventilation holes 7, and risen in the ventilation body 8 and ignited by a pilot fire 11 to burn. As the gas venting is perfectly executed, the contra-flow of the molten metal is prevented. Further, as attached equipment, such as pump, etc., is not necessary, the equipment is simplified.
