摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous primer coating composition capable of forming a coated film excellent in humidity resistant adhesiveness and gasohol resistance, and improving productivity in coating processes, and to provide a method for forming the coated film and coated articles by using the same.
SOLUTION: This aqueous primer coating composition contains (A) an acid anhydride-modified chlorinated polyolefin emulsion resin, (B) an aqueous urethane dispersion, (C) an aqueous epoxy resin and (D) an organic strong base and/or its salt, and has 20-60 wt. % non-volatile portion of the component (A), 10-40 wt. % of (B) and 20-60 wt. % of (C) based on the total amount of the non-volatile portions of the (A), (B) and (C), and 1-5 wt. % (D). The method for forming the coated film is provided by applying the aqueous primer coating composition on a substrate, then drying so that the non-volatile portion of the obtained primer coated film becomes ≥60 wt. %, applying a base coating material and a clear coating material over the primer coated film and then baking the obtained triple-layer coated films to the substrate.

摘要： PURPOSE: To prevent breaking a transferred pattern without being followed by deformation after shaping a skin layer by attempting reduction of a manufacturing cost by a method wherein forming and integration of the skin layer, a cushioning layer, and a base material are carried out with one mold. CONSTITUTION: A base material 2 is arranged in molds 4a, 4b. One side mold 4b is positioned so as to generate a gap to the base material 2 arranged to the other side mold 4a, and a skin material 6 is injected into the gap from an injection cylinder A. After forming the skin layer, one side mold 4a is retreated to an optional position, and a filling material 8 for forming a cushioning layer is injected from an injection cylinder B to be foamed. The gap is filled with the filling material 8. After the filling material 8 is cooled to be solidified, one side mold 4a is opened to a specific position to open the mold, and a multi-layer molded product 10 can be obtained thereby. The obtained multi-layer molded product 10 is not followed by deformation after shaping the skin layer, and has an excellent appearance and soft feeling and touch without breaking a transferred pattern.

摘要： PURPOSE:To heat a mold uniformly in short cycle time by a method in which a slush mold is preheated by hot blast and is heated to prescribed allowable temperature range for molding by radiation heating and then its preheating temperature is controlled. CONSTITUTION:A mold 12 is one step-heated by hot blast in a first heating station 13, and the mold 12 is heated to prescribed preheating temperature in short time at less temperature-difference. The mold 12 is two steps-heated by a burner 42 in a second heating station 14 and is heated to the range T of the allowable temperature for molding in short time at less temperature difference. Then, the preheating temperature of the mold 12 heated by one step heating is set to be higher than the heating temperature T1 at the part where the time axis corresponding to the time t2 wherein radiation heating time(t) of second step is subtracted from the heating time t1 of temperature- raising curve D2 at the shortest heating time in which the mold 12 may be heated to the allowable temperature range for molding by only radiation heating, crosses the temperature-raising curve D2. Accordingly, the mold 12 is one step- heated to the set preheating temperature and then is radiation-heated exactly to the allowable temperature range T for molding through the two steps-heating.
