      SOLUTION: For each computer, using a time difference between operation performance data collection scheduled time and actual collection time of an item that is a monitoring object, the collection start time in the next collection is moved forward by the time difference. Calculation of the time difference between collection scheduled time and actual collection time or reflection to the collection start time are periodically performed according to a predetermined review interval.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a calculation load to the minimum, to surely obtain the maximum adhesion torque, to improve acceleration/deceleration performance when a slip slide is detected, and to surely suppress the slip slide even if an adhesion state between wheels and rails is rapidly changed, and an adhesion coefficient is instantaneously reduced.SOLUTION: An estimated adhesion torque is always stored so as to suppress a calculation load to the minimum and surely obtain a maximum adhesion torque. When a slip slide is detected, a maximum is obtained from a plurality of the stored estimated adhesion torques just before the slip slide is detected. The maximum is considered as the maximum adhesion torque. A value of the maximum adhesion torque just before the slip slide is detected and a value of the estimated adhesion torque when the slip slide is detected are calculated and compared. If a calculation value exceeds a threshold, a condition that an adhesion coefficient is rapidly reduced is determined. In comparison with a condition that the adhesion coefficient is not rapidly reduced, a suppression/return rate of the torque is switched to a low value. The slip slide is surely suppressed by reducing a torque value to a smaller value during suppression/return.
