摘要： A reaction injection machine utilizing a plurality of reactant liquids, including a plurality of supply vessels for containing the reactant liquids, an injection tank and a fixed quantity metering device including a plurality of metering tanks provided for the supply vessels, a plurality of metering pipes for connecting the supply vessels with the metering tanks, and a plurality of supply pipes for supplying to the injection tank the reactant liquids metered in the metering tanks, whereby the reactant liquids are metered in the metering tanks so as to be supplied to the injection tank through the supply pipes and then, are stirred for mixing in the injection tank so as to be injected into a mold immediately after having been mixed.

摘要： An expanded polyvinyl chloride foam is prepared by a process characterized by admixing a polyvinyl chloride resin, which is prepared by emulsion copolymerization of a comonomer having an hydroxyl group, or a group capable of producing an hydroxyl group in the molecule under the processing conditions, with a plasticizer, a cross-linking agent, and a chemical blowing agent, introducing the admixture into a mold at a temperature lower than the melting temperature of said resin, and thereafter heating the resulting molded product to a temperature higher than the melting temperature of said resin to effect foam expansion.

摘要： An aqueous primer composition comprising a copolymer wherein a cationic monomer, a specific alkoxysilane monomer, a silane macromonomer and an ethylenically unsaturated monomer are contained in aqueous medium. For this reason, regardless of the alkalinity of the substrate, the aqueous primer composition can form a highly water-resistant, alkali-resistant, tough film. Furthermore, compared with the prior art, a higher concentration and a lower viscosity, so that the resulting primer composition shows excellent penetration into the substrate at high concentration and provides for sufficient substrate-reinforcing and water-proofing effects. Moreover, when forming a film thereby and forming a finish layer thereon, this composition shows a high affinity for the top coating or adhesive to insure a firm integration of the finish layer with the substrate surface.

摘要： An ink jet recording sheet having an enhanced ink-absorbing property and bright color image-forming property and an excellent surface hardness has a specific coating layer formed on a surface of a substrate sheet, which comprises a pigment and a resinous binder composed of a cationic copolymer prepared by copolymerizing (a) 99.95 molar % or less of a principal copolymerization component comprising at least one fatty acid vinyl ester comonomer with (b) 0.05 to 0.4 molar % of a cationic copolymerization component comprising at least one cationic comonomer having an ethylenically unsaturated hydrocarbon radical and a cationic radical selected from tertiary amino radicals and quaternary ammonium radicals and, optionally, a member selected from (c) an additional copolymerization component comprising at least one polymerizable non-ionic comonomer different from the fatty acid vinyl ester and (d) a graft copolymerization component comprising polyvinyl alcohol.
