    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To visually improve a network figure and a hierarchical figure so that a user may easily view them. SOLUTION: An image display device 100 displays on a screen a plurality of nodes and links connected among the nodes as images. The image display device 100 has a mode for displaying a network figure and a mode for displaying a hierarchical figure. When in the mode for displaying a network figure, the image display device 100 generates a division point at a middle of the link, and displays the link as a link image, wherein the display method of a first link image from one node connected to the link to the division point is different from the display method of a second link image from the other node connected to the link to the division point. When having the mode for displaying a hierarchical figure, the image displaying device 100 classifies data into a plurality of groups, and divides a display area into parts which are the same in the number as the groups, and then arranges the node included in each group, as the node image, to each display area on the screen.
