摘要： New 1,2,3-thiadiazol-3-in-5-yliden-urea derivatives are disclosed of the general formula ##STR1## in which R.sub.1 is hydrogen or an, if necessary, interrupted one or more times oxygen or sulfur atom, C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 -alkyl group,R.sub.2 is an, if necessary interrupted one or more times by oxygen or sulfur atoms C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 -alkyl group, an, if necessary, substituted one or more times by alkyl C.sub.3 -C.sub.8 cycloalkyl group, an, if necessary, substituted one or more times by alkyl and/or halogen and/or alkylthio and/or alkoxy and/or trifluoromethyl and/or nitro aromatic hydrocarbon group or an, if necessary, substituted heterocyclic, at least one N-atom-containing, hydrocarbon group or R.sub.1 and R.sub.2 together with the N-atom are morpholino-, piperidino- or pyrolidino,R.sub.3 is an, if necessary, substituted C.sub.1 -C.sub.10 -alkyl group, a C.sub.2 -C.sub.6 -alkenyl, or C.sub.3 -C.sub.6 -alkenyl group, or an, if necessary, substituted aryl-C.sub.1 -C.sub.2 -alkyl group andX is an oxygen or a sulfur atom, as well as its acid addition salt with inorganic and organic acid. 摘要： New 1,2,3-thiadiazole-5-yl-urea derivatives as plant growth regulating agents are provided, including processes for producing and using these compounds. The new 1,2,3-thiadiazole-5-yl-urea derivatives have the formula ##STR1## in which R.sub.1 is an aromatic hydrocarbon group which may be substituted with one or more members of the group consisting of C.sub.1 -C.sub.6 -alkyl, halogen, C.sub.1 -C.sub.6 -alkoxy, nitro and trifluoromethyl and R.sub.2 is hydrogen, a monovalent metal or its metal equivalent, a substituted or unsubstituted C.sub.1 -C.sub.6 -alkyl, a C.sub.3 -C.sub.6 -alkenyl or alkinyl, a substituted or unsubstituted aryl- C.sub.1 -C.sub.2 -alkyl or the group aryl-C.sub.1 -C.sub.2 -alkyl ##STR2## wherein R.sub.3 is hydrogen, a substituted or unsubstituted C.sub.1 -C.sub.10 -alkyl, C.sub.2 -C.sub.6 -alkenyl, a C.sub.2 -C.sub.6 -alkenyl, an aryl-C.sub.1 -C.sub.2 -alkyl, a C.sub.3 -C.sub.8 -cycloaliphatic hydrocarbon group which may be substituted with one or more C.sub.1 -C.sub.6 -alkyl substituents, an aromatic hydrocarbon group which may be substituted with at least one of C.sub.1 -C.sub.6 -alkyl, halogen, C.sub.1 -C.sub.6 -alkoxy, nitro and trifluoromethyl, a substituted or unsubstituted heterocyclic hydrocarbon, C.sub.1 -C.sub.6 -alkoxy, C.sub.3 -C.sub.6 -alkenyl-or alkinyloxy, a substituted or unsubstituted aryloxy, and C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 -alkylthio or an arylthio or an amino group ##STR3## wherein R.sub.4 and R.sub.5 are each the same or different and are selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, C.sub.1 -C.sub.6 -alkyl, aryl or aryl substituted with one or more of the members selected from the group consisting of C.sub.1 -C.sub.6 -alkyl, halogen, C.sub.1 -C.sub.6 -alkoxy, nitro and trifluoromethyl.

摘要： A process for making 5-mercapto-1,2,3-triazoles of the formula ##STR1## wherein R.sub.1 is hydrogen or a C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 -alkyl which may also be substituted, the said process comprising(1) as a first step reacting a solution of 1,2,3-thiadiazole-5-carbohydroxamic acid derivative of the formula ##STR2## wherein R.sub.1 has the meaning as above and R.sub.2 is hydrogen or a univalent metal equivalent in an inert organic solvent in the presence of an acid acceptor with a solution in an inert organic solvent of an acid halide of the formulaR.sub.3 --X so as to form an acylated 1,2,3-thiadiazole-5-carbohydroxamic acid derivative(2) reacting as a solution in an inert organic solvent the carbohydroxamic acid derivative just obtained with an alcohol or phenol of the formulaH--O--R.sub.4 so as to form a (1,2,3-thiadiazole-5-yl)-carbamic acid ester(3) then treating the thus obtained carbamic acid ester with an acetic or basic catalyst to form the 5-amino-1,2,3-thiadiazole(4) whereupon the said amino thiadiazole is subject to a rearrangement in the presence of a base followed by isolation of the product of the reaction.

摘要： 1,2,3-Thiadiazole-5-yl-urea derivatives of the formula ##STR1## in which R.sub.1 is hydrogen or alkyl of 1 to 5 carbon atoms, R.sub.2 is hydrogen or alkyl from 1 to 5 carbon atoms which latter may also have at least one oxygen or sulfur atom interposed in the carbon chain and wherein R.sub.3 is a heterocyclic hydrocarbon residue in which at least one nitrogen atom is present in the ring, which residue may also be substituted by the same or different substituents comprising alkyl of 1 to 4 carbon atoms, alkoxy of 1 to 4 carbon atoms, halogen, nitro or trifluoromethyl. The compounds are effective as agents for growth retardation and defoliation of plants.The invention also comprises a process of making the product and compositions in which the products are the, or one of the, effective agents.
