The device that adaptively configures a decoding process based on an encoding format of input data comprises: a separator for separating both configuration information of a decoding module and encoded data from the data inputted from the outside and outputting the configuration information and the encoded data; a decoding module storage unit for storing plural decoding modules that perform a partial decoding process in the preset unit; a decoding module configuration information analyzer for analyzing the encoded data based on the configuration information of the decoding modules to generate and output both syntax parsing control information and connection control information; and a decoding executor for forming a recombination decoder by loading and connecting target decoding modules from the decoding module storage unit based on the connection control information, and decoding the encoded data based on the syntax parsing control information using the recombination decoder. Therefore, the device is able to perform decoding by adaptively configuring a decoding process based on an encoding format of input data.

According to the present invention, decoder reconfiguration in various forms is possible by using the decoder description.

摘要： The present invention relates to a polymer resin-copper complex which comprises i) copper, ii) nickel formed on the copper, and iii) a polymer resin which is treated with a triazine thiol-based derivative and then coupled to the nickel; and the result of X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) analysis of the complex is that Ni content is less than 5% of the total content, which includes NiO and Ni2O3. According to the present invention, the complex improves the adhesive force between a metal and a resin, and as for tensile strength, even after thermal shock tensile strength is maintained. In addition, by using nickel and a triazing thiol-based derivative and utilizing methods, such as pretreatment, appropriate surface roughening, heat treatment, surface coating and the like, to increase binding force to a resin, it is possible to provide a metal-resin complex with excellent binding force between a metal and a resin.
