    • The present invention relates to a composition for regenerating connective tissue and to a method for regenerating connective tissue, and more particularly, to a composition for regenerating connective tissue and to a method for regenerating a connective tissue, wherein the composition is formed by mixing hyarulonic acid and fibrinogen with atelocollagen or a myelocyte, and injected into the damaged portion of connective tissue, to thereby regenerate the connective tissue of the damaged portion. The composition for regenerating connective tissue according to the present invention may effectively regenerate a damaged portion of connective tissue, and specifically may exhibit activity in regenerating cartilage having a low regenerative capacity. Further, the composition of the present invention uses a natural material and therefore is harmless to the human body. The composition of the present invention may regenerate tissue-engineered cartilage that is similar to natural cartilage, and therefore may be valuably used as a therapeutic agent for cartilage which can effectively repair damaged cartilage tissue.

    • The present invention provides a new flow cytometry method comprising: performing a necessary control of the cell populations targeted by an antibody to which fluorescent pigments of the same color are conjugated such that the cell populations show different fluorescent intensities according to the type of an antibody. In contrast to conventional flow cytometry methods where the categorization of positive and negative expressions of only one target can be made by using one antibody for each single color, the method of the present invention allows the categorization of positive and negative expressions of a plurality of targets using only one color, by controlling various types of antibodies to which fluorescent pigments of the same color are conjugated in such a manner that the antibodies show different fluorescent intensities from each other, or by varying the amount of an antibody to which a fluorescent pigment is conjugated according to the type of an antibody. Accordingly, even with the existing flow cytometer for distinguishing a limited number of colors, it becomes possible to categorize various cell populations that are to be clinically checked.

    • The present invention provides a gadolinium complex in which gadolinium is coordinated with and covalently bonded to diethylenetriamine pentaacetic acid (DTPA) dianhydride of a pullulan-DTPA conjugate prepared by ester-bonding pullulan to DTPA, to a method for preparing same, to an MRI contrast agent composition containing the complex, and to a method for providing information for diagnosing a disease using the complex as an MRI contrast agent. The gadolinium-DTPA complex in which pullulan is ester-bonded to DTPA according to the present invention has a prolonged in vivo half-life, less toxicity, and a signal with a higher strength for providing a clearer MRI when compared with conventional gadolinium-DTPA complexes. Therefore, the gadolinium-DTPA complex of the present invention can not only be advantageously used as an MRI contrast agent but also produces MRI images in which a liver disease portion and a normal tissue portion can be discriminated, and can thus be used as an MRI contrast agent for the liver.

    • The present invention relates to a compound for an organic light-emitting device having a double core structure in molecules thereof, and to a light-emitting device using the compound. The present invention provides a compound for an organic light-emitting device having a double core (A-B) structure in molecules thereof expressed by the following chemical formula 1. The double core structure is configured in that light-emitting materials having superior light-emitting efficiency are combined to form a double core, and has structural characteristics in that two cores (A-B) of an aromatic ring having a planar structure are combined at a twisted angle, and thus may exhibit high stability in a solution process and a long service life of the device due to high light-emitting efficiency and improved solubility. Further, a device using, as a light-emitting layer, the compound for an organic light-emitting device according to the present invention may exhibit high light-emitting efficiency and long service life as compared with cases using conventional compounds having a single core.
