SOLUTION: A plurality of boss parts 88c buried with cylindrical collars 94 for inserting the bolts 90, and the recessed parts 89 respectively disposed between each boss part 88c are formed on an outer peripheral surface of a lid member body 88a. Thinning communication holes 104 mutually communicating the recessed parts 89 in both sides of the boss parts 88c are formed in an inner end of the boss parts 88c in the radial direction of the lid member body 88a.
