    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell powered vehicle effectively using a space in a cabin while securing the safety of the fuel cell powered vehicle equipped with a hydrogen tank in the cabin. SOLUTION: The fuel cell powered vehicle 1 includes a fuel cell 20 and a drive motor 10 generating a driving force by using hydrogen gas as a fuel, the hydrogen tank 30 storing the hydrogen gas, and a tank container 40 covering the periphery of the hydrogen tank 30. The tank container 40 is loaded on the upper part of a rear panel 72 dividing the inside from the outside of the vehicle with the hydrogen tank 30 stored. A tank loaded part 74 loaded with the tank container 40 in the rear panel 72, and a tank container lower part 42 opposing to the tank loaded part 74 in the tank container 40 are provided with travelling air introducing ports 781, 422 communicating the outside of the fuel cell powered vehicle 1 with the inside of the tank container 40 respectively.
