    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce sticking of a regenerated heated asphalt aggregate to a drum inner wall surface, while enhancing heat energy efficiency by using hot air by a heating burner of a drier for heating and drying a regenerated asphalt aggregate and radiation heat from an inner cylinder for covering its flame.
      SOLUTION: The inner cylinder for covering the flame of the heating burner 3 of the drier 1 for heating and drying the regenerated asphalt aggregate rotatably supported in an inclined state, is installed in a drum 2, and the regenerated asphalt aggregate 5 is inputted from the upper side of an end part of the drum 2 attached with this heating burner 3, to heat and dry the regenerated asphalt aggregate 5 by a parallel flow heating method by the hot air and the radiation heat from the inner cylinder 6. A side surface part or an under surface part on the tip side of the inner cylinder 6 of the heating burner 3, is also put in an opening state, and the radiation heat is desirably radiated toward the inner wall surface of the drum 2.
