摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate selection/separation in after-treatment by providing a crushing means for crushing waste household electric appliances, a removing means for removing part of crushed members, a finely crushing means for crushing the residual crushed members finely. SOLUTION: Household electric appliances are charged from a chute 1 to be sent to a crusher, where they are cut. The crushed members are sent to an impact crusher 3 through a chute 7. At this point of time, since metals, plastics, insulating polyurethane foam materials. and others are locked together in the crushed members, impact force is applied to the members by the impact crusher 3 to separate the polyurethane foam materials. Next, the crushed members are sent to an air separator 4 through a chute 8, and the polyurethane foam materials are discharged from a duct 11 by an air current from an air inlet 9. Besides, the residual members are sent to a finely crushing machine 5 to be crushed finely and conveyed to the next process by a conveyer 6 through a chute 10.

摘要： PURPOSE:To certainly separate fluorocarbon from polyurethane foam. CONSTITUTION:Polyurethane foam 14 before the separation of fluorocarbon is stored in a storage tank 12 to be heated by a heat transfer coil 15 to convert fluorocarbon contained in the cells of the polyurethane foam to a gaseous state and brought to a state easy to destruct cells. This polyurethane foam 14 is ground under heating by the grinding roller 28 of a grinder 24 to destruct cells. Fluorocarbon in cells is separated from the ground polyurethane foam powder. Since separated fluorocarbon becomes a gaseous state, gaseous fluorocarbon is sucked in a bag filter device 34 without being re-bonded to the polyurethane foam powder and subsequently recovered by a fluorocarbon recovery device 48 through filter cloth 36, a duct 42 and a branch duct 46. The heating temp. of the polyurethane foam 14 is pref. set to 100-250 deg.C.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for separating chlorofluorocarbon by which the chlorofluorocarbon can be certainly separated from a foamed polyurethane and a device therefor. SOLUTION: A foamed polyurethane 14 prior to the separation of the chlorofluorocarbon is stored in a storage tank 12 and is heated using a heat transfer coil 15 to gasify the chlorofluorocarbon contained in the air bubbles of the foamed polyurethane 14 so that the air bubbles are easily breakable. In addition the foamed polyurethane 14 is crushed, while being heated, by a crushing roller 28 of a crushing device 24 and thus the air bubbles are certainly broken. Consequently, it is possible to certainly and efficiently separate the chlorofluorocarbon contained in the air bubbles from the powder of the foamed polyurethane obtained by crushing.

Classification of component parts resulting from disassembling is carried out by affixing an electronic tag to each palette, reading the data from the electronic tag attached to the discarded industrial product and writing a code of assortment destination for the parts carried by the palette in the electronic tag affixed thereto on the basis of the data read from the electronic tag attached to the discarded industrial product.
