摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluorocarbon separating method which can certainly separate fluorocarbon from foamed polyurethane, and an apparatus therefor. SOLUTION: Foamed polyurethane 14 before separation of fluorocarbon is stored in a storage tank 12 to be heated by a heat transfer coil 15 and fluorocarbon contained in the foam of the foamed polyurethane 14 is brought to a gaseous state to bring the foam to an easily destructible state. This foamed polyurethane 14 is ground under heating by the grinding roller 28 of a grinder 24 to certainly destruct them foam. By this constitution, fluorocarbon in the foam can be certainly and efficiently separated from the ground foamed polyurethane powder.

摘要： PURPOSE:To certainly separate fluorocarbon from polyurethane foam. CONSTITUTION:Polyurethane foam 14 before the separation of fluorocarbon is stored in a storage tank 12 to be heated by a heat transfer coil 15 to convert fluorocarbon contained in the cells of the polyurethane foam to a gaseous state and brought to a state easy to destruct cells. This polyurethane foam 14 is ground under heating by the grinding roller 28 of a grinder 24 to destruct cells. Fluorocarbon in cells is separated from the ground polyurethane foam powder. Since separated fluorocarbon becomes a gaseous state, gaseous fluorocarbon is sucked in a bag filter device 34 without being re-bonded to the polyurethane foam powder and subsequently recovered by a fluorocarbon recovery device 48 through filter cloth 36, a duct 42 and a branch duct 46. The heating temp. of the polyurethane foam 14 is pref. set to 100-250 deg.C.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for separating chlorofluorocarbon by which the chlorofluorocarbon can be certainly separated from a foamed polyurethane and a device therefor. SOLUTION: A foamed polyurethane 14 prior to the separation of the chlorofluorocarbon is stored in a storage tank 12 and is heated using a heat transfer coil 15 to gasify the chlorofluorocarbon contained in the air bubbles of the foamed polyurethane 14 so that the air bubbles are easily breakable. In addition the foamed polyurethane 14 is crushed, while being heated, by a crushing roller 28 of a crushing device 24 and thus the air bubbles are certainly broken. Consequently, it is possible to certainly and efficiently separate the chlorofluorocarbon contained in the air bubbles from the powder of the foamed polyurethane obtained by crushing.

摘要： PURPOSE:To improve the fractionation efficiency of shredded pieces of waste plastic by selecting charged plastic pieces by specific gravity difference separation while the pieces are flowing through a water path. CONSTITUTION:Various kinds of waste plastic shredded to any appropriate size previously are charged into a water path under a water flow-adjusted condition from a hopper 11. Then bubbles sticking to the surface of the plastic are first removed by a stirrer 32. Further, coupling with a descending swirl generated by the stirrer 32, all plastic pieces flow along a flow path forming plate 52 regardless of their specific gravity higher or lower than the specific gravity of a water medium having an appropriate specific gravity for selecting a plastic mixture. In this way, the pieces which sink and float are selected utilizing plastic specific gravity difference or a water flow at a constant speed. The pieces having a high specific gravity is further selected using the flow to obtain finer pieces.

The nails 22 are moved forward to press and bend the fixture 5 of the compressor 3, pipelines, etc., to place the compressor 4 in the nails 22, and the compressor is held. The manipulator 20 is then rotated by an oscillating motor 25 to twist off the fixture 5, the manipulator 20 is then moved backward, and the compressor 4 is separated and brought out.
