    • PURPOSE:To make a normal display even with a combination of a dot matrix display part with different resolution and a display control part by detecting the number of dots in the column direction and row direction, i.e. resolution of the dot matrix display part on the side of the display control part. CONSTITUTION:A column-directional transfer end display means 61 and a row- directional transfer end display means 71 which indicate that column-directional data transfer and a row-directional sequential scan are finished respectively are provided and the display control part is provided with a column-directional resolution detecting means 62 and a row-directional resolution detecting means 72 which detect the resolution corresponding to the column direction and row direction. The column-direction resolution detecting means 62 detects the resolution in the column-directional resolution by counting the number of times of transfer from the start of the column-directional display data transfer to an end indication from a column-directional transfer end means 61. Similarly, the row-directional resolution detecting means 72 also detects the row-directional resolution by counting the number of times of scanning from the start of the sequential scan to an end indication from a row-directional transfer end means 71. Consequently, an undesired display not be displayed.

    • PURPOSE:To erase problems such as the destruction of input data and characters or the duty of the re-execution of a program, etc., even when a cap is erroneously closed by equipping a timer means to send power source cutting-off information after a constant time passes when the cap is detected to be closed. CONSTITUTION:After the constant time passes when the cap, which is provided to an information processor main body with being revolvable, is detected to be closed, a power source cutting-off means 60 to be composed of a timer means 6 and a power source means 61 cuts off a power source to be supplied to the information processor main body. However, when the cap is opened before the constant time passes, the cutting-off the power source is not executed. Thus, even when the cap is erroneously closed during the input of the data and the preparation or execution of the program, the power source is prevented from being cut-off since the cap is opened immediately after the error. Then, the problem such as the necessity of the reinput of the program or the destruction of the program or the procedure to reexecute the program is erased.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent printing devices having different sizes due to the difference of dot pitches from being produced, by providing a recognizing means which recognizes the data size of a picture data by which printing device it is suitable for printing, and a picture data conversion means which converts the picture data corresponding to the recognized result of the recognizing means. CONSTITUTION:In case of printing the picture data such as an illustration, etc., at a second printing device, thc fact that the data size is the one suitable for the dot pitch of a first printing device is stored in the picture data in advance. A CPU5 recognizes the data size, and reads in the picture data from a print data storing means 4, and performs conversion so that the same printed size can be obtained even by performing the printing of the picture data in the printing device having different dot pitch, on a selecting means 2', and issues a command to send it to the picture data conversion means 1, and sends the picture data. A sent out picture data passes through a CPU data bus 6, and through the selecting means 2', the picture data is converted at the picture data conversion means 1, and a converted picture data is sent to and printed by a print head 3.
