摘要： A method of fabricating composite metal wires such as aluminium clad steel wires is disclosed which comprises providing a core of hard metal with a cladding of soft metal by extrusion. In fabricating a composite metal wire by extrusion, a core is generally aligned, polished, cleaned or otherwise pretreated before entering an extruder so that a high and variable tension is imparted to the core. By avoiding such tension variation and maintaining the core under a constant low tension and by electrically heating the core before the core enters the extruder, a composite metal wire of improved quality is fabricated in a stable manner.

SOLUTION: The voice coil of the electroacoustic transducer employs a magnet wire of such characteristics as tensile strength of 200 MPa or above, elongation of 1.0% or above, and conductivity of 58% IACS or above. The magnet wire has chemical composition of Fe: 0.2-1.0 wt%, Zr: 0.01-0.10 wt%, and the remainder of Al and inevitable impurities.

摘要： PURPOSE:To make connecting work so easy and accurate by joining a cable conductor to a metallic plating layer on a peripheral surface of an adapter body, and also electrically connecting this cable conductor and a connecting conductor piece together. CONSTITUTION:An adapter body 14 is manufactured after primary molding with easy plating resin and the secondary molding with hard plating resin, respectively. Then, this body 14 is washed clean, roughened and plated, forming a metallic plate layer in a connection wiring part of the easy plating resin exposed on the surface. A socket type pin 11 is inserted into a sluice hole, and the sluice hole plating and this pin 11 are connected by solder 12, manufacturing a connecting adapter in this way. In succession, an external conductor 3 of a coaxial line center 1 is connected to a metallic plate layer 9 and a central conductor 4a to another metallic plate layer 10 with solder 7, 8, respectively. If so, the pin 11 and the conductor 4a are connected together when connecting this conductor 4a to the plate layer 10. With this constitution, connecting work for the conductor 4a can be done easily and accurately, thus reliability is well improvable.

摘要： PURPOSE:To facilitate the manufacture of a multicore flat cable having a shield layer by superposing and welding metal tapes having a shield layer vertically divided in the both end parts of the tapes and between insulating conductors. CONSTITUTION:A multicore flat cable is formed of metal tapes 4a, 4b having a shield layer 4A vertically divided. The metal tapes 4a, 4b are delivered on the both surfaces of insulating conductors 2', and the delivered metal tapes 4a, 4b are molded by a molding jig 7 in such a manner that the both end parts of the metal tapes 4a, 4b and parts between the insulating conductors 2', 2' are superposed, and then the both end parts of the tapes 4a, 4b are continuously welded by means of a welding machine 12 to form the shield layer 4A in which the insulating conductors 2', 2' are intermittently welded in the longitudinal direction. A jacket 5 of vinyl chloride is formed by means of an extruder 13 on the outer circumference having the shield layer 4A formed thereon. Hence, the multicore flat cable having the shield layer can be manufactured.

At the same time, a switch 23b is turned on and a control signal T2 is applied to an amplifier 30, which decreases in its gain to lower the level of a reference signal S40, thereby lowering a slice level.
