摘要： The vacuum switchgear is composed of a metallic container (12) at a floating potential, two insulating bushings, and a pair of electrodes. A measuring terminal (50) for vacuum pressure diagnosis is installed opposite the metallic container (12), and the metallic container (12) and measuring terminal (50) are molded by an insulator (20) such as epoxy, and conductive paint (21) grounded is installed on the outer peripheral part of the insulator (20). The ground capacity of the metallic container (12) is increased by the conductive paint (21) grounded, so that the potential of the metallic container (12) during operation approaches the ground potential. When electricity is discharged between the main circuit and the metallic container when the vacuum pressure is deteriorated, the potential of the metallic container becomes equal to the system potential, so that by a potential rise at the system frequency generated in the metallic container (12), deterioration of the vacuum pressure can be detected. Thereby, a signal processing circuit of a vacuum pressure diagnostic device for a vacuum switchgear is simplified and the cost of the vacuum switchgear is reduced.

摘要： PURPOSE: To reduce greatly the waste of the data transfer time, the working time of a central processing unit and the capacity of a main memory respectively, by transferring only a block that includes the record which satisfies the designated conditions to the main memory from an external memory.
CONSTITUTION: When a replacement processing request is produced within a CPU1, a block acquiring part 32 fetches a designated block from an external memory 4 and stores the data of blocks in a buffer part 33. An arithmetic part 35 analyzes the contents of blocks stored in each buffer within the part 33 and decides whether or not the analyzed contents include the record coincident with the conditions designated by the CPU1. Then a coincident block is transferred to a main memory 2 via an arithmetic result transmitting part 36. The CPU1 gives the prescribed replacement processing to the transferred block according to the information on a processing request ID added to the block. Then the CPU1 gives an indication to the memory 4 to write the replaced block.

Then the unit 4 performs the processing synchronously with transfer of data. Thus it is possible to carry out the preprocessing at a high speed for the data filing and joining processes.

CONSTITUTION:After a picture read from a film reader unit 61 is A/D-converted, it is stored in a magnetic disk 63. An image processor 62 chops a partial picture from a picture in the magnetic disk 63 and extracts directional components with gradient. Then histgrams of values exceeding the specific threshold are generated in each direction, and peaks of these histgrams are extracted. The image processor 62 decides whether or not the overall picture is completely processed. When the processing is finished, the next partial picture is set and the similar processing is executed. The result is encoded and the partial picture is stored in an optical disk 64. By repeating such processing by one picture, compressed pictures are stored in the optical disk 64.
