    • PURPOSE:To strengthen holding, stabilize function, and decrease noise without damaging a wire, by arranging a wire-absorbing plate, having a conductor electrode, near the wire, and generating static electricity by impressing voltage between the wire and the conductor electrode so that the wire is absorbed to the wire-absorbing plate during handling. CONSTITUTION:When positive and negative voltage is impressed between a wire 1 and a conductor electrode 6 near the wire from a d-c power supply 8, positive charges +Q are accumulated on the conductor electrode 6 and negative electrodes -Q being accumulated on the wire 1. The wire 1 is absorbed and held on a wire-absorbing plate 5. With this state maintained a gripper 15 is moved up and down, and turned to draw the wire 1 around. Then, because the wire 1 is moved sliding on the surface of the wire-absorbing plate 5, with it being absorbed to the wire-absorbing plate 5, the position of the wire 1 can be properly regulated, and resultantly handling without entwining and falling of the wire 1 can be performed. Enhancing voltage makes absorbing force large and facilitates stable handling. Besides, when connection of a switch 9 is broken at a terminal (a) side and is made at a terminal (b) side, the absorbing force become zero.

    • PURPOSE:To correct the warp of a wire material rapidly by a mechanism wherein the peripheral velocity of a pair of rollers provided in the front in the advancing direction of the wire material is set to be larger than the peripheral velocity of the other pair of rollers provided in the rear. CONSTITUTION:A wire material guide member 6a formed to be straight substantially is provided in a part of a guide course 6 for a wire material, and two pairs of rollers are provided so that the respective contact points are in the wire material guide member 6a and that a common tangential line in the contact points is parallel to the wire material guide member. While the two pairs of rollers are spaced appropriately and supported rotatably, the peripheral velocity of one pair of rollers 25, 25' provided in the front in the advancing direction of the wire material is set to be larger than the peripheral velocity of the other pair of rollers 26, 26' provided in the rear, and the frictional force of the former rollers with the wire material is set to be larger than the frictional force of the latter rollers with the wire material. Thereby the warp of the wire material can be corrected, and wiring can be performed at high speed, while it is possible to improve the reliability of a wiring operation.

    • PURPOSE:To make the speed of automatic winding of the toroidal coil high and improve its reliability, by controlling the tension impressed on the wire so as to be a definite value during the process of winding. CONSTITUTION:During the process of sequential toroidal winding of the wire 34 around the core 21a, the tension generates in the wire 34. When the bending stress and the bending strain generate in the tension detector 26 through the magnetic head 21 and the core supporting stand 22, two resistance wire strain gauges 27 detect them and deliver a signal to the microprocessor. After reducing the speed of the servomotors 32a and 32b, it controls them according to the results of the operation to move the tension pulleys 33a and 33b to the predetermined position within the predetermined time. The speed detector and the position detector detect the speed and the position, respectively, and feed them back to the microprocessor. Thus, the tension generated in the wire during the process of winding is always detected, controlled and maintained to the preset value within a definite time.
