In this rotationally cleaning device, a substance 7 to be cleaned is mounted to the tool 14 and after that, when a motor 20 is actuated, the rotator 11, the tool 14 and the substance 7 are rotated and in the state, when a cleaning liquid is injected through the nozzle 18, the rear of the substance 7 is cleaned with the cleaning liquid. As the nozzle 18 is positioned on the inside more than the support part for the tool 14, the cleaning liquid injected through the nozzle 18 is never intercepted by the support part for the tool 14. Accordingly, the rear of the substance 7 can be evenly cleaned.
