The EC site B' is provided with an EC site server based on the service provider B and a communication server prepared by the agent C to execute communication with a program sent to the terminal A'. The site C' is provided with a price payment substituting site server for executing communication with the terminal A' and executing check for preventing the alteration of information to be transferred by using an Internet mark(IM) checking procedure well known in an Internet system.

For this, because the upper part of the card 100 can be seen through the transparent upper cover 4 even when the card 100 is inserted into the part 5a, it is possible for a user to have the impression that the card 100 is placed on the table 5.
