    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a card insertion/drawing operability, card read/write stability and maintenability and also cooperative property with a high-order information processor by tilting a case erecting direction or card reception gap with respect to a card reading/writing device for read/write of a card inserted from an upper part toward a front part at within the range of a specified angle in a vertical direction.
      SOLUTION: The card reading/writing device 700 is placed on an office desk or an OA equipment desk 1101, erected in a state of being tilted to this side and used. The insertion/pull-out direction of an IC card 900 to and from the device 700 arranged in this way is a forward tilted direction of 20° (=θ) in the vertical direction as the direction of the gap 501 for receiving the card in the device 700. The tilt angle in the insertion/pull-out direction almost coincides with the forward tilted attitude of an upper case 200 which incorporates a card read/write unit for stipulating the gap 501 and which is erected from a base plate 100 so that a user easily operate insertion/drawing.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save the space and improve the usability for a multifunctional device by composing the information processor of a position input and image display hybrid device, and using the processor as a subordinate display device in common and also allowing it to operate independently of a main display device. SOLUTION: A simultaneous scan graphic controller 9 displays a ten-key image on a sub-LCD 3b and also displays an image of an application program on a main LCD 4 (main display device MD). In this state, position information on a key which is indicated is converted by a coordinate detection microcomputer 5 into X and Y coordinate data, which are supplied to a CPU 10 which executes a coordinate processing recognition program 11a through an I/F microcomputer 6 and a system bus. The CPU 10 compares the X and Y coordinate data from the I/F microcomputer 6 with display position information of the simultaneous scan graphic controller 9 and sends the indication key information (number/symbol information) of the ten-key image to the application program.
