摘要： PURPOSE:To move a detector fast by fitting a bearing to one end of a leaf spring which is fixed to a base at the other end and reducing a load applied on a guide bar. CONSTITUTION:The base 4 where the detector 5 is mounted forms a sliding bearing structure with bearing members 7a and 7b and the leaf spring 1 which is fixed at one end to the base 4 and has the bearing held at the other end is provided between the members 7a and 7b. The reaction force of the leaf spring 1 lifts the base 4 to a guide bar 3. The force of the leaf spring 1 is so set that the reaction force is equal to the load applied on the bearing members 7a and 7b by the base 4. Consequently, the movement of the base 4 in this constitution depends upon the rolling of the bearing 2, so the frictional force between the bearing members 7a and 7b and guide bar 3 is reduced and the base 4 can be moved fast.

CONSTITUTION: When a cleaner case is turned toward the direction of a turntable shaft 14 and a guide part 13 is inserted into the turntable shaft 14, an idler 6 makes contact with a level part 19 of a record 17 by a sheet spring 18 to be rotated, and the rotary brush 2 is rotated by gears 5 and 1 in the direction of A. At that time, the record 17 is rotating in the direction of B with the turntable 15. The dust 20 adheres to the external circumference of the rotary brush 2, lifted upward, and accommodated in a dust receiver 8. Then, the dust on the record is removed. Since it is accommodated in the dust receiver part for removal as well as brushed off, it is not collected and removed if the record face is rotated more than once before play, so that the cleaner is not necessary to be used during the play and the rotation unevenness by the brush resistance or noise is not generated.

CONSTITUTION:A tape guide 5 having an arc approximate to a roller 4 is placed in a part of the pinch roller 4 of a tape recorder that makes back and forth running by a set of a capstan and a pinch roller, and side walls 5a and 5b are formed on its both sides. When a tape 2 runs to the left shown by an arrow, the pressure contacting point between the capstan 3 and pinch roller 4 comes to the upstream side, that is tape supplying side. However, as the tape 2 is guided by side walls 5a, 5b, pushing up and pushing down of the tape are not caused. Accordingly, the tape can be run both ways stably even when a set of capstan and pinch roller is used.

The rotary number of the reel stand is detected by receiving the pulse according to the switch of the magnet 13 and the pulse interval is received in digital and converted to an analog value by a D/A converter and the voltage is supplied by a driving circuit to the reel motor 9. Consequently, the fluctuation due to drive of a capstan and a pinch roller is decreased by changing a take-up tension in matching with the change of back tension just before a capstan 3 to stabilize the rotary performance.
