    • PURPOSE:To reverse assuredly a magnetic tape always at a fixed position without heat influence of external light by detecting a leader part of the magnetic tape on the basis of a reproducing noise difference and reversing the tape. CONSTITUTION:When the leader part of the magnetic tape reaches the opposite position of the rotary head 3, the reproducing noise level by the head 3 is reduced less than the reproducing noise level of a magnetic part. Consequently, the charging voltage of a capacitor 15 is reduced, a Zener diode 17 is turned off and a transistor 18 is also turned off. The leader part detecting output inverted to the low level is applied to a microcomputer 9 and the tape is reversed through a mechanical part control circuit 10. Said mechanism makes it possible to detect assuredly the leader part without heat influence of external light and reverse the tape always at the fixed position near the border between the magnetic part and the leader part.

CONSTITUTION:A pulse signal having the pulse width corresponding to the revolving speed of a reel drive disk is produced from a pulse generator 3 and supplied to a pulse width detecting means 8. This means 8 detects the number of seconds of the pulse width. This detection data is fed to a pulse width comparing means 9. The means 9 decides whether the data is larger than the minimum pulse width obtained when a cassette is loaded. If the data is larger than said pulse width, a deck mechanism is driven. While a fact that no cassette is loaded is decided if the data is smaller than the pulse width. Then the driving of the deck mechanism is stopped.

It is inputted from a compact disc player input terminal 5, fed to an access control discrimination transistor 7 via a protection resistor 6 and inputted to the microcomputer circuit (CPU) 9 of the compact disc player via an output resistor 8. Then a control signal is outputted from the CPU 9 to the access control circuit 10 so as to control the access time from a conventional time (nearly 2sec) into nearly 4sec.
