    • PURPOSE:To enable to prevent the generation of a gap between conductors of a coil by a method wherein pressure is applied on a coil which is formed by lap-winding a conductors while their molded part is being made of long, and the coil is solidified using a bonding material. CONSTITUTION:Core pieces 14a and 14b are positioned by driving the core driving device 15 of a lower jig 18, and a coil 1 is formed by installing a lower plate 7A on a winding machine (not shown in the diagram). Then, said core pieces 14a and 14b are placed horizontally, hydraulic cylinders 5, 6 and pushing blocks 3, 4 are installed in such a manner that they come in contact with the coil. Then, the upper jig 19 is fitted to a winding core 14, and a fixed load is applied. Also, the above is heated up using the heater located in the pushing blocks 3 and 4. At this time, pressure is applied to the winding cores 14a and 14b by driving the winding core driving device while the interval of said winding core pieces 14a and 14b is being widened. After the bonding material has been turned into a fluidized state, the conductors of the coil 1 are adhered by solidification. As a result, no gaps or cracks are generated between the conductors of the coil.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a throttle body capable of suppressing size of a clearance to about the same size as conventional size by making amount of thermal deformation in a scope from very low temperature to temperature exceeding 100°C of a bore and a throttle valve substantially the same and realizing high performance at low cost.
      SOLUTION: Coefficient of linear expansion in the radial direction is brought close to the bore 4 by setting orientation of filler in resin in the circumferential direction. For this reason, the orientation of the filler 2 is set in the circumferential direction by arranging a groove 17 concentrically. The throttle valve 1 with the filler orientated in the circumferential direction can be obtained by impregnating an aggregate constituted by arranging the filler in the circumferential direction into resin and then heating and hardening it. A rib 28 is arranged near the throttle valve shaft to control the molding contraction, which can make the circularity of the bore 4 small.
