    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent uncharging and a weld line even in case of a complex shape including a thin part with a difference in level or the like, and to obtain a low cost die for which a succeeding press process is not necessary even in a material such as Mg whose moldability in a room temperature is bad by making metal and its alloy or resin a melting state or a semimelting state, and arranging a pair of punches on a surface opposed to a cavity into which the melted or the semimelted metal and its alloy or resin are (is) injected and which is charged with them (it). SOLUTION: A forming die 1 is constituted from a movable die 2 and a fixed die 3, and a cavity 4 is formed. Melted or semimelted metal and its alloy or resin are (is) cast into the cavity 4 through a sprue 5 and a gate 6. After forming, by projecting a punch 7, a punch 8 is retreated, a part with a difference in level is formed and a window part is punched. For the window part, it is enough to punch after a material is almost solidified, a weld line is hardly generated, a forming condition becomes simple, and design manhours and correction frequencies for the dies can be reduced. This is a forming method driving the punch preferably when a temperature from 475K to 575K or the one close to these has been obtained.
