摘要： PURPOSE:To lessen outside dimension tolerance of an insulated wire which is dried and sintered by arranging an outside air shielding device, at a preset temperature, by which an insulator has no contact with outside air between an extruder and drying furnace, so that a PTFE insulator has no contact with outside air. CONSTITUTION:An outside air shielding device 6, at a preset temperature, by which an insulator 4 has no contact with outside air is arranged between an extruder 2 and a drying furnace 8, and a difference between a measured value, as the outside dimension of an insulated wire detected by an outside dimension measuring unit 7 installed in the outside air shielding device 6, and a set value is outputted as a comparison signal. This comparison signal is inputted into a drive means 5 for the extruder 2, a temperature control means 17 for the outside air shielding device 6 and a drive means 12 for an accepter 11 to control the respective drive means and control means. A PTFE insulator 4 therefore has no contact with outside air. As a result, the surface condition of the insulator 4 before inserted into the drying furnace 8 is uniform both in a radial direction and in a longitudinal direction to allow less outside dimension tolerance of the insulated wire which is dried and sintered.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a metallic plating having sufficient peel strength on a formed body by ultrasonically cleaning the plastic formed body contg. carbon black while the body is not dried in the roughening stage of the surface of the formed body. SOLUTION: A plastic formed body of ABS resin, etc., contg. carbon black is treated with chromium sulfate, etc., to roughen the surface to form ruggednesses, and then the body is ultrasonically cleaned while the body is not dried during or after the roughening stage. In this case, the oscillation frequency of the ultrasonic wave is preferably controlled to 15-100kHz, especially to 20-50kHz, and the ultrasonic output to >=5watt/l, especially to >=10watt/l. Consequently, the free grain of carbon black on the body surface is removed, and a metallic plating layer high in peel strength is formed in the subsequent plating.
