In order to self-clean an anemometric measuring instrument of a flow sensor in which a temperature measuring element and a heating element are inserted into a support element, the temperature measuring element is provided with a platinum thin-film resistor on a ceramic support for measuring the temperature and is heated with the aid of an additional platinum thin-film resistor. In order to produce an anemometric measuring instrument of a flow sensor from sheet resistors and a cover or a hollow member, two sheet resistors that differ by one to two magnitudes are inserted into openings of the cover or the hollow member and are fastened in the openings.

Furthermore, the electric connection wiring is mounted through the injection mold member, and is sealed and fixed inside of the injection mold member. For this sealing and fixation, further additive member is capable of application.
