    • The present invention provides a working machine having an internal combustion engine. The working machine includes a single operation unit comprised of a rotatable body adapted to be selectively rotated between an engine-stop position, engine-start position and choke-activation position, a valve to be rotated about an rotation shaft, an arm attached to the rotation shaft and a link member adapted to be moved in its longitudinal direction to transmit the movement of the rotatable body to the arm. The link member has a distal end coupled with the arm and a proximal end coupled with the rotatable body, and extends between the distal and proximal ends. The rotatable body is formed with an elongated slot receiving the proximal end therein. When the rotatable body is rotated from the engine-stop position to the engine-start position, the proximal end is allowed to displace relative to the rotatable body along the elongated slot without causing any movement of the link member in the longitudinal direction. When the rotatable body is rotated from the engine-start position to the choke-activation position, the proximal end is restricted in its displacement along the elongated slot so that the link member is moved in the longitudinal direction to transmit the movement of the rotatable body to the arm.

    • The present invention relates to a process for producing compost, characterized in that when the compost is produced by inoculating aerobic composting seed bacteria to an organic waste material, the process comprises: supplying oxygen while the waste material is stirred, and supplying water so that the water content of the waste material is 60±5%, and to a process for producing compost, characterized in that when the compost is produced by inoculating aerobic composting seed bacteria to an organic waste material, the process comprises, after begining of the fermentation, adding sugars to the waste material in a divisional manner before a main fermentation is transferred to the amine/ammonium metabolic system. Further, according to the present invention, an apparatus for producing compost is provided. The apparatus comprises: a fermentation vessel having an oxygen supplying means, a water distributing means, and a stirring means; and a control means for detecting or determining the moisture content of an organic waste material contained in the fermentation vessel to control, on the basis of the detected or determined result, the amount of water to be distributed by the water distributing means. According to the present invention, when organic waste materials disposed from food processing factories and the like is processed to produce compost of high quality, formation of ammonium and amines mainly causing unpleasant odors or generation of lower fatty acid which is a factor for a growth inhibition of plants can be suppressed, and the compost can be produced in stable, and within a short period of time.

    • A centrifugal clutch has a clutch boss including a hub fixed to a drive shaft, several guides that extend radially from the hub, and clutch shoe retaining flanges that extend radially outward from each of the guides. The centrifugal clutch also has a clutch drum disposed coaxially with the clutch boss and is rotatable about the driving shaft independently from the clutch boss. Clutch shoes are slidably fitted to the guides in a radial direction of the clutch boss, and a spring biases each clutch shoe radially inward.
