摘要： PURPOSE:To shorten the execution time for ground treatment at mixing hardening material in soil by enabling to form a ground treatment part out of an intrusion process and a drawing out precess while discharging a part of soil of the original ground. CONSTITUTION:A treatment device is constituted of a rotary shaft 1 provided with stirring blades 4 on the lower part side, a hollow pipe 2 formed with an opening end 2a downward, a drilling blade 9, and a screw auger 8 provided with a screw 8, and the rotary shaft 1 and the screw 8 are elevatably, normally, and reversely rotated by means of a rotation drive part 5. During the intrusion process of the rotary shaft 1, the soil at the opening end 2a of the hollow pipe 2 is only discharged by means of the screw 8, at the same time hardening material is forcedly fed through a feed pipe 6 and discharged from the discharge ports of the stirring blades 4, stirred with the soil, and a treatment intermediate part is formed. During the drawing out process, the hardening material is similarly forcedly fed through the feed pipe 6, the hardening material discharged from the discharge ports of the stirring blades is injected to the treatment intermediate part, so as to form the ground treatment part.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent the damage of a measuring instrument and to improve its performance by providing the upper part of a hollow casing to be interpenetrated in the ground with a light projection process section, a light reception process section and a processing section for detecting the height of a sand pile material face in the casing. CONSTITUTION:Light having specified wave length is projected from a light projection process section 6 provided on the upper part of a hollow casing 2, and reflected on a sand face S, and then received by a light reception process section 7. Signals issued from the light projection process section 6 and the light reception process section 7 are computed by a processing section 8 in relation to time for computing the height of a sand face in the casing 2. Next the quantity of discharged sand and of pressed in sand are computed, for instance, by utilizing the result of computation, and displayed by CRT, a recorder and a printer which cooperate with the computing section 8, and in the case where the above quantity is out of a designed value, an alarm is issued. Thus the damage of a measuring device caused by charging the sand can be prevented, and the height of the sand face can be detected quickly, precisely and with high accuracy.

CONSTITUTION:A driving shaft 1 is constituted with true shaft parts 1A, 1A, which are formed in a coaxial manner with the center of rotation 2 of this driving shaft 1, and an inclined shaft part 1B which is inclined relative to the center of rotation 2. Then, horizontal stirring blades 5, 7 are provided by making protrusion in an approximately normal manner from the respective center point parts of the true shaft parts 1A and the inclined shaft part 1B. Inclined stirring blades 6, 8 are provided by making protrusion in an approximately normal manner from the circumferential plane of the inclined shaft part 1B. When the driving shaft 1 is rotated, and the horizontal stirring blades 5, 7 and the inclined stirring blades 6, 8 are rotated, the inclined stirring blades 6, 8 are rotated while moving soil in the vertical direction. This movement allows the accompanying rotation of soil to be stopped, leading to efficient stirring.

摘要： PURPOSE:To simplify the mechanism of a treating device and to reduce the cost and manhours of construction by successively moving an injection nozzle to desired positions on a ground area to be treated, with the use of a moving means, and by injecting a ground improving fluid into the ground under high pressure. CONSTITUTION:An injection nozzle part 2 is suspended from a hook mechanism 9 at the front end of an arm 8 provided to the front part of a control cabin 7 on a weak ground running vehicle 3. The operation is repeated while the ground vibration at the time of re-penetration is measured at the place where the casing 2 is re-penetrated again after it is extracted by the proper length to form the sand pile. The construction can be performed while the ground vibration is suppressed to the preset reference value or below.
