摘要： PURPOSE:To shorten the execution time for ground treatment at mixing hardening material in soil by enabling to form a ground treatment part out of an intrusion process and a drawing out precess while discharging a part of soil of the original ground. CONSTITUTION:A treatment device is constituted of a rotary shaft 1 provided with stirring blades 4 on the lower part side, a hollow pipe 2 formed with an opening end 2a downward, a drilling blade 9, and a screw auger 8 provided with a screw 8, and the rotary shaft 1 and the screw 8 are elevatably, normally, and reversely rotated by means of a rotation drive part 5. During the intrusion process of the rotary shaft 1, the soil at the opening end 2a of the hollow pipe 2 is only discharged by means of the screw 8, at the same time hardening material is forcedly fed through a feed pipe 6 and discharged from the discharge ports of the stirring blades 4, stirred with the soil, and a treatment intermediate part is formed. During the drawing out process, the hardening material is similarly forcedly fed through the feed pipe 6, the hardening material discharged from the discharge ports of the stirring blades is injected to the treatment intermediate part, so as to form the ground treatment part.

摘要： PURPOSE:To simplify the mechanism of a treating device and to reduce the cost and manhours of construction by successively moving an injection nozzle to desired positions on a ground area to be treated, with the use of a moving means, and by injecting a ground improving fluid into the ground under high pressure. CONSTITUTION:An injection nozzle part 2 is suspended from a hook mechanism 9 at the front end of an arm 8 provided to the front part of a control cabin 7 on a weak ground running vehicle 3. Further, by allowing the vehicle 3 to self-run on a weak ground 4 so as to move the nozzle part 2 which is then lowered to a predetermined position. A ground improving fluid 5 which is fed into the body 13 of the injection nozzle part 2 is injected under high pressure into the ground from the around surface through nozzles 16. Accordingly, the fluid is charged into the ground 4 while excavating the ground 4 surface.

摘要： PURPOSE:To perform the nonwasteful land improvement in response to the nature of the ground by using a vibrator, obtaining the information regarding the ground vibration generated by the operation of the vibrator via a sensor, and performing the ground improvement processing based on the information. CONSTITUTION:A rod section 8 is thrust into the ground, a measuring device 7 is set, and a casing 2 is penetrated into the ground while a vibrator 3 is operated. The position of the tip of the casing 2 is continuously measured with a depth indicator. The information regarding the vibration stage of the ground generated by the operation of the vibrator 3 is obtained via the sensor section 9 of the measuring device 7, and a sand pile is formed while the casing 2 is extracted. The operation is repeated while the ground vibration at the time of re-penetration is measured at the place where the casing 2 is re-penetrated again after it is extracted by the proper length to form the sand pile. The construction can be performed while the ground vibration is suppressed to the preset reference value or below.

To the second driving frame 12, the second shielding sheet 82 is fitted and is driven into the earth, using the first driving frame 11 as a guide, with the vibrating sheet driver 10 transferred from the first frame. Then the first frame 11 is pulled out, leaving only the first shielding sheet 81 in the earth. By repeating such processes and by alternately using the two driving frames 11 and 12,the flexible shielding sheets 8... can be continuously driven into the earth.

During the intrusion process of the auger 1, the lower end opening 2b is closed by the shielding plate 8, soil introduced into the hollow pipe 2 by means of the screw 11 is limited to the soil from the opening 2a, and hence the discharge soil quantity is unified. At adjusting the discharge soil quantity, the opening 2b is opened during drawing up process, ground soil is introduced into the hollow pipe 2 also therefrom, and the discharge soil quantity is increased.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent pollution to water and to enhance the manipulatability by discharging and underwater placing soil from a placing unit while restraining the lightweight soil from being materially segregated and dispersed with the use of a hose and a link type expander, and by discharging air from the soil above the water surface. CONSTITUTION:A hose 1 is paid out from a drum 2 on a working ship, and is connected to a lightweight soil plant 5 and is attached at its lower end with a placing unit 6, and accordingly, the soil is discharged underwater from the plant through the placing unit 6. During this period, the lower end part of the hose 1 suspending underwater is supported by a pair of link type expanders 7, 7 which are expanded and contracted in association with the operation of a cylinder device 8. Then, the hose 1 is fed at a relatively high speed, taking care of material segregation during the movement thereof. The discharge speed of the lightweight soil is gradually decreases while the soil is placed. Extra air which has been mingled into the soil during production thereof is separated from the soil at a soil discharge port, and is then discharged through an air vent port and an air blow-off port are discharged above the water surface. With this arrangement, it is possible to prevent the lightweight soil from being dispersed, and to facilitate the discharge and the storage of air and the movement of the hose 1 and the placing unit 6, thereby it is possible to enhance the manipulatability.
